The location was excellent with great views from the roof top. The hotel was very close to the Rigi mountain train and the boat going to Waggis and Lucern. The breakfast was very good and staff were very nice. Parking was comfortable inside the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was very good.

The room we booked for our family of 4 had bunk beds that were not easy to use with small openings to access the bed. The room did not have any chairs and only a small table under the TV, but when we asked for a chair the staff did provide one.

This is an interesting hotel - very digital. If you are analogue, this is not for you. Check in without the app is possible but complicated. Room key replacement through the machine, digital parking and check in/ check out. Very clean and spacious room. Separate bedroom. Lots of room, good closet space. Modern bathroom, Nespresso coffee and hot water machine. Great staff when they were around, very helpful. Excellent breakfast, very fresh and lots of choice. Clientele mostly tourists, we were attending a wedding across the street at the Vitznauerhof so location was perfect!

Some amenities missing - no full length mirror, no outlet in kitchen, no extra pillows. Quite minimalist decor which was nice, but since we were attending a wedding, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror. Hot water was not hot. This was a surprise and I have no idea if this is standard due to energy saving or an isolated event. Because there are hardly any employees, it's hard to ask. I am a bit surprised by the high price, we could have stayed across the street in the 5-star for the same amount.

Parking spots are too tight. Entered the parking lot and exited immediately after paying 3 CHF. No airconditioning. It coincided with what was probably the hottest week of the year. Room daily cleaning by housekeeping can be improved. Breakfast can be improved especially for vegetarians/muslims.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast - it was delicious and there was a good variety of options. Another great thing about this hotel was that they offered a self-check-in option, which made the whole process very smooth. Additionally, there was a convenient charging station for electric cars, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was convenient, and had a beautiful view. The staff were nice and welcoming, and had answered any questions we had about anything. The balcony we had was absolutely stunning.

Overall, everything was good but having air conditioning would have made it better especially in the warm summer.

New modern hotel very near to the train station going up to Rigi, nice and big room, the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, it was amazing, very good food and friendly staff.

Self check-in could be improved, if nobody stay at the reception you miss some information such as wifi password, breakfast hours, and guest-card, to be honest I didn’t check much around in the lobby, if there was written somewhere.

Breakfast is excellent. This hotel has very little to complain about. There are plenty of paid parking spots around the hotel. Quite area with nice views.

Their is no space to unload luggage, especially for large groups and large vehicles. A note from the staff of how to check-in would have been nice. Beds are not very comfy.

It was so peaceful and my girls loved the bunk beds and the structure of the room. I really liked that they were able to accommodate our family of six in one room. We all enjoyed the morning breakfast. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely return for more adventures!

Fresh and modern feel. The location was excellent and view from our balcony was amazing as we had both mountain and lake view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms size is bigger than normal and beds were super comfy.

Limited breakfast menu and usually no refils half an before closure of breakfast.

Very new, Beautiful and trendy . Well built , I could not find a mistake . Very nice restaurant and the food was just good , reflecting a very local Switzerlandish breakfast. You can take a walk and there is a beautiful bench near the lake , just behind the museum.dont miss it

There are construction works nearby and there were noises . They shut down before dark and most of the time I was walking in the neighborhood, so it wasn't a problem . Thank you
