Room (206) was dated and didn't have a proper bathroom - very small toilet/shower and sink was in the actual room Insulation not great as we heard doors being shut from our room Breakfast buffet didn't have alot of food options Dinner meal was ok but not worth the high prices Drinks and overall hotel cost were very high

The staff were very (very) friendly and helpful, we really felt a warm welcome and that made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. So great job you guys, keep it going and often it's the people that matter in the end. :) Stay was comfortable, rooms were cozy and the breakfast was also good. No negatives, we go back with a smile :)

Just a minor point, no coffee in the rooms (that would be great if we have..)

Absolutely exceptional in every way, one of our most wonderful stays. The location is like no other if you love nature then it’s the place for you, the staff were very accommodating and the wellness area is lovely.

The room we got differed from the one in photos, a bit annoying as we were looking forward to the balcony I found it a bit strange that the restaurants managers office seemed to be just a table in the dining hall with his laptop and everything, it distorts the atmosphere of the place

This is on the shore of Lake Lucerne. it was a stopover hotel for us on the long journey from Greece to the UK. we arrived at the ferry to take us across Lake Lucerne too late. after a panic, the hotel calmly helped us with directions for a further 50 kms around the lake, reassuring us that the restaurant would remain available to us on arrival. all tuned out well. we had a delightful stopover, with particularly helpful and jolly staff who are clearly proud of their hotel - always a very good sign.

there was nothing to dislike. we didn't spend enough time to explore the facilities of the hotel as we could see there were walks as well as outside eating. the view over the lake couldn't be beaten.

Friendly and professional staff. Great view of Luzern lake and Rigi mountains. Very good public transport connection (bus/ship/train). Very nice hiking pathway around the hotel (especially for early morning hiking/jogging). Close to all tourist attractions around the Rigi and Vitznau region including RigiKulm, cable car, Spa, and wellness in the Kaltbad region. The hotel itself has great wellness and Spa, Jacuzzi with a lake view. Overall it highly recommended for the holiday season

The VIEW! We had the best sunset of this year so far (depending on your room type). We spent the whole evening on the balcony. The whole hotel just has place! Plenty of parking lots, beautiful wellness terrasse with the VIEW. Outdoor dining area with the VIEW. In the room all our stuff had its place and we can still have enough space to move around freely. Hotel staff are all extremely friendly. Location is great too. Even if it is not located at the ceter but 10 minutes walk you reach the beach and 16minutes at the center. The is also outdoor seminar space with the view. Almost forgot, the lift! We loved the fact that it reacts very fast. Not like the modern lifts that will take a while to react. You press the button and it lifts or drops immediately. :)

The balcony could be a tiny bit bigger. We do not want to sit the whole evening with a twisted body so we turned the chairs facing the view. I could just sit down but a bigger guy like my husband will have problem with the knees. But the view compensated all. :) The breakfast could be a bit more comparing with the other performance of the hotel.

Our stay was really pleasant. The location is breathtaking. The swimming pool and the wellness centre were our favorite parts, perfect to relax and enjoy the nature around. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice.

Unfortunately, our bathroom was quite small and the shower was only separated by a curtain. Anyway, it was clean and good for one night.

Where do I start!? One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We only booked it for one night, but extended with another night because we enjoyed it so much! - Amazing location, just absolutely beautiful views. right on the lake, surrounded by mountains and crystal clear water. - Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay here. Friendly, helpful, chatty and everyone spoke really good English. - our room was great, with a stunning view over the lake. - really delicious, freshly made breakfast. we particularly loved the omelettes. We also had dinner here and this was also very nicely prepared. - Lots of outdoor seating for a nice meal, relaxing. - Spa is included, which was great. we used the saunas, whirlpool and swimming pool - all very nice and clean. We had a sunny day, so it was nice to lay on the sun beds while enjoying the spa. -

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting at the shore of lake Luzern opposite to Burgenstock semiisland. This provides magnificent view from the window. The green hotel territory is also very pleasant. The value for money (120CHF for economy double) was very good for CH, but i guess this was a special last minute offer.

The hotel is outdated. It still looks ok from outside, but e.g. such an old elevator is ridiculous. Two single beds forming a double bed are not fixed to each other. Some trivial fixing hardware could be provided. Bathroom is ridiculously small (in economy double). During breakfast the houseflies crowding around bread and cheese were disgusting. Staff should take some measures against them (sticky paper attracting houseflies hidden somewhere?)

The best hotel ever! Stunning view from my room, excellent facilities, beautiful breakfast, swimming pool, spa and sauna. The reception is super helpful and welcoming. Naiara the front lady is the nicest person, she went above and beyond to accommendate us, as such we extended our stay by another night. I would give 11 stars if I could!
