The hotel is beautiful in a simple, clean, updated way. The room had a great view overlooking the city. There was a Nespresso machine in the room with coffee and sugar, along with 2 free pastries. Upon check-in, the manager/owner brought a refillable bottle of cold water to my room. The room was plenty large enough for 2 people and the bed was comfy.

It was a little far from the city center and you have to take a bus. Trying to figure out which bus was a little difficult since I don’t speak the local language. But once you get there, the views are beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like about the room itself was the green “nightlight” on each of the 2 reading lights by the bed. They were very bright. However, I propped a pillow against one and hung a piece of paper over the other and that worked fine to block the light.

The hotel is further away from the old town, but very quick and easy to get to by bus, and they even provided us with a transit pass for Ticino, which made it very easy both to get to the hotel and to explore the area. Great coffee, and it was very nice to have the AC in the room!

The room was on the small side, and the reception is only manned starting from 16.00. Neither of these is a serious drawback though.

Very clean and cosy room, where you have everything you need for a short stay. Air conditioner is available, did not check if it really works though. Nice view to the city.

Relatively far away from city center (30 mins walking to the lake), opening time of the restaurant is only from wednesday.

Great location. Right next to the bus stop, and about 10 minutes away from the center which makes it very convenient. it’s also in a very calm and relaxing area. Rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning and staff are very friendly.

You’d have to buy or bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. as the ones provided are very small.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The only two things I'd point out was the shower head, which was just terrible, please change it and the green light shining right next to your head when you're in the bed. Otherwise great service for a good price.

We stayed in il noce room which overlooked Lugano. Great view. The room was clean and spacious. Gabriel was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and we had air conditioning. Up the back of the property is a garden with seating. A nice place to dine.

A mini bar fridge in the room would be handy.

- bathroom looked a bit old but everything worked - unfortunlately no teabags (only Nespresso capsules)

It's a very nice place. The room was clean and had all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay. Private parking right beside the room. Grocery stores nearby. Staff was very friendly.

The location is a bit of a drawback, but there were plenty of options for reaching the center quickly and easily.

I had an amazing time. Everything perfect. Attention to details. The bed was very comfortable and the area is very quiet. Great coffee available in the room. Thank you!

The only thing I would suggest to add in the room is a small fridge.

I suggest to have dinner at the restaurant Ethnic wonderful food an ambient with super nice staff!!A MUST if u are in Lugano and regardless of the accommodation :))
