Breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients, size of the room was really satisfying for a family of four, staff were eager to find solutions to your questions, parking and baby bed were freely provided, hotel is close to one good water park and shopping mall. There are also child play areas where it is possible to play table tennis and there are various children books and toys in the -1 floor. Overall it is a hotel I can stay again if I stay around the same area

free parking included, breakfast was nice overall. Location right next to Alpamare and very quiet. The bed was huge and we had a small terrasse overlooking the lake, that was very nice (we were on 3rd floor).

breakfast was nice overall but some croissants seemed to be from the day before... not very fresh and scrambled eggs were cold, too bad. We had dinner at the restaurant OLEA and everything was fine except the service.. indeed we had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we also asked several times the wine list that never arrived so could not order wine. The service was also extremely slow... it felt it took forever to finally have our plates. When at a restaurant with small kids you don't want to spend ages waiting as this is not very convenient.

Location at Lake Zurich. Trains are available from the nearby train station. Rooms were very spacious and clean with a good size balcony. Fantastic breakfast!

No kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room, but was provided immediately when asked. Everything else was great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Location was excellent, very close to motorway and easy access to Zürich and surrounding areas. We had 2 small problems in the room upon arrival, but the staff could sort it out very quickly and accommodated our requests. Definitely recommended.

We thought that there was a pool that the children could swim in, but unfortunately not.

Entry is shared with Casino, looks like entering Las Vegas, not a hotel! Wanted to charge me breakfast although I did not have any. And when I checked in staff was discussing between themselves and paying no attention to incoming client. Small details but all difference between a very good eating and an average one! On the other hand , rooms are Nice, comfortable and reasonably priced ( for Zürich area).

Location, access, parking. Room was very clean an dconfortable. Nice balcony with a nice view. Very quiet even if nearby the railways. Casino downstairs does not create any disturbance. Staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant. High price for average quality.

Great location for bike trips. Easily accessible from the motorway and the bike roads are a few corners away. The sauna can accommodate 5-6 people, there are also a steam cabin and a bio-sauna with lower temperature (equipment granted in your room). The restaurant has a nice vibe, breakfast offered despite covid a great variety.

The restaurant didn't offer dinner, which was a bit inconvenient.

I like the location, is calm even though it is close to what you need. The staff was very welcoming, and try to help and support. I like the resturant, and facilities in the hotel.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Good air condition in the room, slept well if weather was very warm during my visit.

Modern. They went out of the way to set up a room for a large get together over dinner.

Don’t cater for British in the context of our ‘need’ for tea/coffee in the room and normal size pillows (British normal)
