The place is very unique and exceptional. The manager Arne is extremely friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready so he made us feel very welcome with complimentary coffees and teas. He gave us advice on places to visit and a personal tour of the shop and it should have been his day off. Sven looked after us every morning for Breakfast, which was always freshly made according to our order and we got to hear some interesting stories from him. Overall an amazing base to explore the Zurich area and if we could rate Arne, his team and the hotel any higher we would. Thank you for looking after us and making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed in the Coco Chanel room, each room is themed and the furnishings are styled to the theme. The room was large and stylish (furnishing are all from the concept store which is spread over the first two floors of the hotel), the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom very nicely designed. The parking was easy and with plenty of connections into Zürich (train station right across the road, buses also available too). Even though it is located by a large road and train station, it was relatively quiet duringnth evenings. Great place to stay if you need to be in the Horgen/Wädenswil area.

Shower drainage wasn't great but that was only minor.

The room we had booked was comfortable and spacious. The artsy decor of both the room and the whole building was a unique touch as well. There was an issue with the wifi during the time of our stay, which was essential in contacting our family we were visiting, but the host was very helpful in trying to fix this, even very late at night. He offered us complimentary breakfast in addition, which we very much enjoyed and appreciated the gesture. If looking for a place to stay in Au, definitely recommend it!

A quirky place with lots of charm. A superb breakfast served each morning. Hot meal made to request. Friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and made us feel at home. Room was quiet, beautifully decorated, high ceilings & spacious for 3 people. Supermarket, train station, buses at the door step. Easy walk to and alongside the lake.

It was great we had a lift inside the building to access our room and dining room and a walkin shower. Unfortunately, there are about 5 steps to enter the building. We managed but this would limit people unable to use stairs.

The property is an upscale boutique hotel. The decor is amazing Breakfast was wonderful Incredible staff…..love ❤️ There’s even shopping on the main floor!

Wish the location was closer to the city center but the hotel was worth the distance we traveled No disappointments!

We loved everything about this B&B: location, room design and cleanness, breakfast, staff. We visited during a heat wave and it was great to have AC in the room. Arne, the manager, was awesome--thank you so much for all your tips! We will be back.

The first time I have stayed in a beautiful place so different that normal hotel. Beautiful and cozy. The atmosphere is so fantastic and the room fantastic. The owner is so simpatic and helpfull to attend our demands.

I liked the room really much and the terrace was a nice bonus. Clean room. No minibar but the manager was super nice and provided me a small fridge, so many thanks! If you look for something not so traditional, this is the place!

The place is nice and quiet, with highly hospitable staff who know how to deal with customers. The breakfast is enjoyable, and the privacy for families is a plus. I highly recommend this nice place.

The (James Bond) room was spacious and nicer than the photos. Some rooms have very nice patio. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay as a family. We enjoyed it.

1. Water not hot enough for me. Would have liked to have hotter shower. 2. Elevator doesn't arrive to top floor. Need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.
