- only short term parking all around the hotel - no extra pillow in the room - only upon arrival we found out that we had to fill ou a form in order to get in - we were not given the room code and had to turn to the chat option for help (which worked fine) - bathroom had a more or less see-through window (especially not good when it is dark outside and the lights inside are on)

I'm very impressed by the whole concept. The online check-in was really easy to follow, everything (building access code, keys distribution) worked as supposed. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with a nice supply of neccessary cosmetics. We were really pleased about the fans in both rooms and also the coffee machine. The town is wonderful, its location by the lake makes it even more extraordinary, also it's really near to Zurich main train station (15 min by train) which is great for trips all over the Switzerland.

The street on the other side of the hotel (facing the town, not the lake) is pretty busy with cars through all day and night. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Location is very good and convenient for travelling and nice lake view. Price is reasonable and good for budget hotel. Room small but confortable. Easy to find restarant and convenient store.

Too Late check in. Check in should be around 13.00 or 14.00 pm Check in process is not practical that code to enter the hotel is sent too late.

this is a very unusual hotel as there are no staff. But getting into the hotel and your room is no bother at all. in fact much quicker than going through reception. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. sheets and towels were fine. I have visited Wadenswil many times and my tip would be don’t have a lake facing room, the trains on that side are very noisy. Considering Switzerland is very expensive this hotel is good value.

Great place for solo travelers or anyone who likes to have some privacy without constantly being disturbed. All is organised in the cloud, no annoying stuff or logistics or delays… :)

Great location with fascinating view. Better than I expected, I got email at 2:00 that my key was ready while stated 4:00 was official check-in time. Big window facing 180 degree lake view! Good to have coffee machine, room was spacious and clean, bed was cozy and comfortable. Though no receptionist, live chat was responded right away!

Understood no people contact, but still can be more human like baggage storage and washroom at that common area after check out.

Location is great. The Hotel is not so big but It is convenient to travel because it is near Train & Bus station, restaurant and Supermarket. Price is reasonable with city and lake view. I recommend this hotel

a little complicated self check-in - when you book more rooms, you have to fill the form multiple times and you get as many messages/emails with tho codes as many rooms you book

The location being right by the train station was great. Also taxis and buses nearby. And jetties for the boat. The view of the lake was beautiful and the outdoor seating area much bigger than a balcony.

The pillows were a bit thin

Great location, clean, no disturbances, such great value for money.

The windows are not very sound proof so you do hear the traffic/trains but it didn’t disturb us.
