The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.

Our only suggestion would be for one of the pools to remain adults only for the whole day during the weekend.

What a place this is! We were driving from Italy along the Simplon Pass and were looking for something as part of our European road trip. I’m so glad we found it. We splurged and had the modern room with balcony and I am so glad we did. The views were stunning. I think this part of the hotel is quite new. It feels brand new and the room was a mix of stone and wood with an interesting swivel wooden design to aid privacy from the bathroom. The facilities are outstanding. There are 5 pools all heated to approximately 35 degrees including a lazy river which was great fun. Some of the reviews of this hotel were so poor that we nearly cancelled but we are so glad we experienced it for ourselves. Yes there are families here. We were not travelling with children but it certainly did not detract from our enjoyment. After swimming we felt truly relaxed and our skin felt amazing. The system for entry for hotel guests is very hitech. You wear a watch that opens doors for you and allows you entry and exit from the thermal areas. We had a lovely meal in the evening with live music. Breakfast was outstanding.

The prices in the restaurants and minibar were high

The stay at the hotel would let us in the thermal baths, conveniently located & beautifully surrounded by cliffs and mountains. Breakfast was impressive in terms of choice

We booked 2 different rooms: the biggest one was big and cosy, with a nice balcony but didn’t come with sun-blocking curtains, while the other was small and gloomy in a attic, but no problem with the strong wallis sunlight up there at least. For the breakfast we wished they offered more local sourced products and not your average cheap industrial portion: butter, ham etc.

The large room and bathroom, very comfortable master bed and great room design. The breakfast was delicious;lunch and dinner required pre-reservation and the dishes tasted great. The staff extremely polite. The thermal spa area was nice, despite renovation underway, effort was made to limit disturbace.

The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of the extra bed for our 9 year old. It wasn’t comfortable and we ended up sleeping together in the master bed.

Very quiet and comfortable room. Good quality breakfast. We ate dinner in La Brasserie and it was excellent. Fantastic food and service . I would certainly eat there again.

I was disappointed to be given a room in the old part of the building as I had stayed there many years ago and was hoping for a room in the new section. However the room was spotless and comfortable and a good size.

the center of the hotel is the thermal SPA. the atmosphere is rather sporty and family- oriented than exclusive. Relaxing outdoors in the thermal pool, viewing the mountains is divine.

Half of the SPA was still under re-construction, no hamam, no "Mayen des Bains". Ugly fences in view. There was only a makeshift mixed Sauna, with limited capacity. The restaurants were already booked out for the evening out when we arrived.

Friendly staff at check in and in the restaurant for dinner. The rooms were spacious and bright with superb views of the alps.

Polite, nice stuff, beautiful scenery around, quiet and relaxt atmosphere. Clean comfortable room. Really enjoyed sauna and thermal pool

Beautiful spa facilities and a wonderful location in the heart of Valais, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent and full of choices. We loved the spa river.
