I could tell this was going to be a good stay by how helpful and friendly the reception staff were dealing with some requests even before we stayed. And they were even better in person. Our room was larger and more modern than I expected. The attached restaurant provided a good breakfast and we also dined there two nights. Air conditioning worked well and Wi-Fi was fast. It was possible to store our bikes in their underground garage. Railway station is close and there are plenty of shops for essentials near the station.

There is a construction site next door and we noticed a small amount of noise the first day - not really a problem.

Very helpful staff - customer centric and accommodating. Had an issue with lights in my room; they attempted to fix right away but meantime offered an upgrade to a very nice suite. This is how Customer service should be.... Location was good and hotel was very clean with a underground garage that actually had space for multiple cars.... not like some other places that advertise parking but then send you to a public parking lot 200meter away. Very happy.

Nothing really wrong.... hotels in Zug are small and relatively expensive comparing to other cities within EU....but that's just the nature of the area.....

It had a lovely minimalist design with small extras like beach towels, an honor-based snack/drink station, a shoe buffing machine - and a drawer full of borrowable electricity converters!

There was only 1 key per room and it was needed to use the elevator. So my family had to coordinate especially on arrival and departure times, which was hard because I worked while the others went sightseeing.

Convenient location, was one of the most affordable at the time, the room was small, but had most of the things one would expect

Wall socket plugs are of a special kind and I was only able to salvage one adapter to EU socket from Kettle, there was no wall socket near bed (but there was one low-current USB Type-A), AC was quite loud (wouldn't be able to sleep while it is on so had to turn it off)

Clean, spacious room for family and comfortable bedding. Zug is a good choice for visiting Luzern and Zürich, itself is also a beautiful small town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also received local travel card from the hotel, that was very useful.

Breakfast was limited and there was not much left when we went first morning bit after 9.00.

Hotel room was very comfortable. A very good size with very good facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for easy access to Zug town centre and lake.

The only issue we had was they didn't clean our room when we asked them to. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like about it.

Very nice hotel, clean and well equipped room, very friendly staff who really make their guests feel welcome. Underground parking available, nice breakfast. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the lake with great view

Parking is on level -1, and elevator doesn't get there - so you need to carry your bags one floor up from the garage to reception desk, where the elevator is available to upper floors (or park the car temporarily next to hotel entrance to unload luggage).

Great shower, super comfortable bed and such wonderful helpful staff. I arrived really late and I had forgotten to mention that I was allergic to feather bedding and needed synthetic bedding. The lady at reception was so helpful and kind and managed to replace everything. Such a great stay and excellent value for money considering the cost of Switzerland.

The room was clean, big and beautiful, much more than what I expected for the price I paid. The breakfast was really tasty. The WiFi was good. The hotel itself was also clean and beautiful and well located. And everyone from the staff was very kind. I wonder why the hotel is 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.
