The location of this hotel is excellent, just 3 minutes from Exit 3 of Houyi Metro Station. It is close to Heart of Love River, Kaohsiung Takka Cultural Museum, Supermarket, a few local cafes and restaurants in the vicinity and there is a post office. The cleaning lady is very responsible. It has washing machine and dryer on 10th floor, is relatively powerful. At night the surrounding area is safe. The receptionists are helpful. When I am in Kaohsiung, definitely I will book this hotel again.

The towels are a bit coarse, it would be nice if the laundry company added fabric conditioner to it. I arrived at around 11am, it would be helpful, if I can check in a bit earlier than 3pm.

A very nice and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly.

FYI, not necessarily a bad thing, but having slept in several of their rooms it is good to be aware that some of the rooms have a separate toilet without a sink, which is instead situated in the room. In addition, the windows can be quite small. But overall the rooms are very comfortable.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They could answer my requests very quickly. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the subway station. There is a night food market not very far. Overall it was pretty clean.

It's a little noisy. You can clearly hear the voice of people talking in the next room. The room desk is small, not great for working.

Clean and pleasant. The house keeper does a great job despite that we have many suitcases in the room. The hotel is in a convenient location.

The shower door is not sealed so water gets out which made the floor wet. We had to make sure we face certain direction we we shower so water doesn’t get through the hole.

It’s located in the main road it’s super clean the staff are super friendly & helpfull coin laundry & water dispenser available will certainly stay in this hotel for my next visit! thank You!

Hotel is 2 minutes walk from Houyi mrt stn and about 2 to 3 minutes walk to Love River. There are nice cafe within 1 minute walk from hotel too. Will definitely book this hotel if I were to visit Kaohsiung again.

Bathroom is small and not much space to hang your clothes.

the window view was great. my kids said, “nothing like watching traffic while eating take outs.” they still had fun playing hide and seek with each other though.

it was not as spacious. need more walking spaces. the staff was polite, but not exactly friendly

Really nice bathroom and near the MRT station. Check-in staff was helpful and able to speak English.

The aircon was making weird sounds the entire night and the lobby smelled like smoke. We got a room near the lift and it was not the most pleasant experience.

The room was tiny but clean, it's enough, everything you need is there. The location is great, everything is close.

In the morning a lot of tourists came and make a lot of noise. The lady who cleans the rooms probably accidentally took our pajamas. Otherwise OK

The location is very nice, just five minutes walk from the metro station. staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious!
