The staff was very friendly, especially the guy with all the cool rings who helped me check in. He was so helpful! The rooms are very comfy and offer a lot of privacy. Bathroom was great as well. The location is totally walkable from the main station even with a heavy backpack like mine and you can reach any part of the city center from there as well. Would definitely come back here!

I think it would be nice if they had a water refill somewhere in the lobby or on all the floors. Plastic bottles suck!!! However, when I asked the guy at the reception about it, he offered to refill my own bottle and I think you can get free bottles from them as well.

It seems to be a brand new small hotel in the center of Taichung. Excellent location, within a wlking distance of the downtown train station, comfortable for a moderate price. Hepfull staff. Unfortunately, my credit card was not accepted at the cashier, but they helped me to find a nearby ATM.

Not much. Just one snacks vending machine in the lobby seemed to be out of order.

the hotel is still new. it is very clean and comfy. toiletries are complete. it has a 7-11 vendo machine at the lobby where you can buy food if you are lazy to go out to eat.

the property is a little bit far from the train station. some cigarette smoke from the neighboor room goes inside the room

The hotel is new, so all of the facilities were new and clean. The beds and bedding were especially comfy and the room was spacious enough. The bathroom was new and clean and the hotel was clean throughout. The staff were very helpful and friendly and available at all times. The lobby area was quiet and there was a coffee machine and toilet there that you could use. You could also leave your luggage there after checking out and collect it later. Would definitely stay again.

Some of the other guests on our floor had been drinking and were shouting in the corridors and smoking in their rooms. We complained to the staff who spoke to them right away, which we were grateful for. The only other small complaint is that there is no desk or chair in the room, which is a little inconvenient.

small rooms, on the checkout day the staff calls many times on the phone to let you know that you have to leave at 11 when the cleaning staff was not even around and the hotel was half empty

The ac blows right at your head where you sleep on and can't really change the direction where air flows out.

Hotel is new, clean and central.

The shower smelled like bleach when I checked into the room. The AC vent blows directly onto the bed, but at least the wind direction is adjustable.
