The size of the room was large. It's rare to find such a large hotel room for this rate. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was also super spacious, and the water had great pressure.

The location was disappointing. It's about a 20-minute walk to the station and then a further 15+ minute train to anywhere interesting. There are shops and restaurants around, but the main attractions and the places you actually want to be are hard to reach. The room was slightly damp all the time. The carpet needed a good steam clean. The lift was tiny. The reception staff were miserable. They never said hello when entering the hotel. If they weren't on their phones, they were napping. Check-in and check-out was abrupt. No pleasantries. It was kind of like - OK finished, get lost. Booking airport transfer through Klook is cheaper than the hotel's rate.

1. Location. The property is located near to convenience store, laundry shop, train and bus station all within walking distance. 2. Comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water heater works perfectly. 3. Amenities. The room have universal socket, don’t even need to have an adapter. They also have hair dryers and other basic showering facilities.

1. The front desk employee are not aware of our staying period. This has caused some confusion between us and they only charged us for one night despite us staying for three nights, we need to ask them to re-check, and after that only they rectify the issue. Hope that proper training can be provided and ensure that employees are aware of continuous stay guest.

Value for money is extraordinary! Comfortable bed, nice design, clean bathroom, towels and amenities included. Staff was always helpful.

Great place, Its not hard to find. Check in was easy, Staff spoke english, I just didnt understand why I was charged the first night on my card through booking and when I arrive it seems like I never paid it while paying in full. It could be some confusion or misunderstanding on my end. You can also leave your luggages at the front desk if you arrive early for check in or have a late flight after check out. The elevator is really really small. I had a room in the middle straight ahead once out the elevator. The rooms were cleaned daily as well as 2 bottles of water for free. The AC works well, it takes some time for it to really get cold but its still good. There is a musty smell either from the AC or from the carpet that is all over the floor. Television was nice and big. It was relatively quiet on my floor, didnt hear much through the walls except one really quiet night in the morning I heard the television from my bed's headboard from the room behind. Smoking Section? There were no designated smoking section, so it was mostly in front of the hotel door area or on the side of the windows.

Elevator is extremely small. But its quick, so that's a plus. The room card magnetic strip failed often that the front desk would have to re-swipe and use an eraser to clean the magnetic strip. I was locked out my room multiple times with the keycard not working. Not a good feeling going up to the hallway with bags in your hand and back down to the lobby again, but the swap and fix for the card was completed within 2 minutes.

It was easy access from/to the Songshan Airport. Room was spacious and clean. There was an elevated road in front of the hotel, but I did not have to worry about any noises from the road due to double pane windows. AC in the room worked very well. That always made me refreshed after walking in the town under the sun so many hours. Everyday tea bags and snacks were refilled.

Area nearby the hotel (within a couple of blocks) was not so exciting. There were not many interesting places, but if you walk a bit more, you will be the area such as Changchun Rd and Linsen N Rd where you will find many shops and restaurants. It would be wonderful if breakfast was provided.

Great location - 7/11, food street, tea shop and mrt nearby, as well as nice park to hang out in the night Staff - very friendly and understanding, we were first arranged the room that had some noise of broken machine, but they kindly changed us to the other room Clean, trash taken out every day, did not have any weird smells, good comfy bed, showers were powerful and hot! We were lucky and neighbours were quiet, at last day heard some loud people next door, but can't say it was very disturbing. The sound of water can be heard, but not disturbing as well Overall great stay!

We got a spacious room, were generally very happy with cleanliness and staff. They very kindly agreed to changing the room when we asked them too. The location is also quite central, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by.

The noise from music/facilities was a bit loud. In the first room was received, there was an audio device outside the room playing constant music, which was not possible to to turn down. The staff kindly agreed to change rooms for us. In the room we got and stayed in, there was a very loud noise whenever the next door room would use the shower. This was not very often..

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, helped us move to a different room for free when there was a smell of smoke in the room The hotel is also proximal to Zhongshan, Taipei MRT, Songshan-Nanjing and quite well connected everywhere by bus There is good food near Zhongshan MRT and many surrounding cafes There is a small but nice park nearby

As this hotel is in near to the centre of the city, food can be a bit more expensive than the rest of Taiwan The rooms are small but definitely okay for 3 star hotel

We really liked the staff, they were really kind to us and helped when we needed something. The location is also pretty okay. There is also a space were you can storage bigger foods that need refrigerator. You can also bring your own food and heat it there and just sit down and eat.

The rooms got cleaned everyday but you can cancel the cleaning for the day if you want to. Few times we canceled it for the day but still someone visited our room.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful and helped us to store our luggages and check in a bit earlier. Rooms were clean and comfortable and fully equipped. Great bathroom. Location of the hotel is also near to most convenient stores and good street food and services.
