It's right across from a train station which has 2 lines, so convenient to go to the airport, or to the city. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly. The room is modern and clean. Hotel is very close to a super market, and the park next to the hotel is really amazing for kids.

There is an exit sign at the door of the room and it was really bright, difficult to sleep and difficult to cover it up. The facilities were closed when I was there, and there was also construction in a store right outside the hotel and the fumes/dust coming in and out was unpleasant.

it’s close to the metro station and easy to find some food there, especially there’re some convenient stores nearby the hotel also.

There’s only two things we found dissatisfied. First, there’s some red stains at the edges of shower room floor, and parts of bathtub wall also. Second, we thought housekeepers will change the new (tea/coffee)glasses while cleaning up the room, because we left them without finishing. Once we came back the glasses still the same without changing to the new one.

Good location: close to exit 1 or 2 of Sanchong station. Large, comfortable bed. Big windows so the room is light and airy. I really liked the free drinks, teas and snacks. Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom. I liked the decor of the room. Friendly, helpful reception staff. The room was spacious.

The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off, so light seeps into the bedroom at night. I could hear traffic and train noise, but it didn’t disrupt my sleep. It’s a capital city, so you can’t expect no noise at all. I was told there would be no room servicing, yet someone came in and changed the towels. However, when I said I didn’t want any room cleaning, they didn’t come in to my room again.

The room is very comfy and pretty. The bed is just nice and the toilet is very pretty. The curtains manage to block the light perfectly. The hotel is very meticulous and topped up our toiletries even though we did not asked for it. The location of the hotel is very strategic as there it is 15+ min bus away to ximending and Taipei main station. It is also located next to the train station which can be a direct way to Taoyuan airport or other locations. The receptionist also helped us to look after our luggage even though we were back late. We love our stay

Amazing staff, very friendly. Front desk staff was very helpful. During our stay we do not like our room to be made up, however housekeeping made sure to leave at the door every day fresh towels, waters & other neccessary amennities. Room is spacious, cozy and has comfortable bed & bedding. The location is great, next to the airport express metro and next to the MRT station Sanchong and also bus stations, which made visiting Taipei very easy. Price-quality was great.

Great location, hotel right opposite Sanchong metro station with a nearby minimart. There's a couple of breakfast eateries nearby too. Family mart and 7/11 are also of walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The room and toilet were both spacious.

Bathroom tiles grout needs retouching

The hotel is not situating at the center of Taipei. However the taxi and metro station is just right opposite to the hotel with 1 min walk. The room is clean and spacious.

No nearby restaurant. No cooking/eating utensils provided although the room is equipped with a kitchen.

The hotel is next to Sanchong station which serve both the airport line and subway line to Taipei. There are also a supermarket and several convenience stores in walking distance.

The location is perfectly located opposite MRT station across the street, very convenient to travel around and also to the airport!

Modern design with high technology/ latest technology switches in the hotel rooms, they even have robot sending your foods or drinks to the room! Is cool!!

The staff were very polite and helpful. I left my computer cable in the room during checkout. I called them the next day, and they had kept it for me. I asked them to let me leave my luggage while waiting for a flight that evening. They also allowed me to wait in the lounge for a few hours. Great place to stay
