- While I appreciated the free snacks and drinks, I really wish they had real drip coffee instead of instant coffee. Also, I saw a couple of people pouring the whole bowl of some snacks in their backpacks. Unfortunately there are some bad tourists taking advantage of “free stuff” but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. - The addition of a microwave would be helpful. - Room was a little small and we couldn’t use the balcony during our stay due to rain.

This property was very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful to our needs and many questions!One of the perks is the rooms are soundproof! The hotel is located near busy streets (close to many shops, entertainment centers and restaurants) but the rooms allow you to get a well rested sleep! The water pressure in the shower was very good! They have a 2nd floor “lounge” for guests with free snacks and drinks open at all times. They even have laundry machines for you to use and luggage storage!

Superb location (2 mins walk from Ximending), very accommodating staffs and pleasant room. Stayed for a total of 6 nights and was given access to the second level which had a fully stocked pantry with washing machines and dryer which was free to use. The room I booked was spacious enough for 2 person, and the walls were very soundproof so we managed to get uninterrupted sleep everyday. Will definitely come back if l'm back in Taipei again!

The location of this hotel is excellent, surrounded by everything you need in the cutest little alleyway with cool stores. We loved the area, and the vibe, we felt very safe and the people were lovely everywhere we went. The hotel staff were very helpful and the free water, drinks and snacks were a bonus.

The room was tiny but it didn't really matter as we were so tired and not there most of the time, it was perfect for our needs.

What I love about this hotel is that it is super clean, compact, and quiet. It's everything you need after a day of shopping and dining at nearby restaurants. You can return to the hotel for a short nap at noon, then head back out to the streets, which are just steps away. The free drinks, snacks, and washing machines are also a plus. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

Location and size of room were excellent. I like the pantry as well. Front desk was very helpful in arranging a driver to take us to the tourist spots. Very customer oriented

There’s a very strong smell of insecticide starting from the lift to the room. When we informed front desk, they came immediately with air purifier which was much appreciated.

Prime location, in the heart of Ximending, 3 minutes work to ximending night street and less than 10mins walk to Ximen station. Lots of complementary drinks and snacks at the second floor lounge. Free laundry and drier at second floor

Location was perfect, really in the city centre. Room was amazing, no breakfast included but there was a chill room where you can take some water bottles and snacks.

I had to communicate with google translate, but the staff was other than that so nice and friendly.

Love the location and the digital toilet! Location super convenient to go everywhere, subway is 5min walk and all food you can find near here! The room is very cosy, clean and the staff super amazing and helpful. Got a lot of information on where to go with them.
