Love everything about this hotel. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast spread has a large variety to choose from. There is a free laundry room to wash and dry clothes and the hotel is very conveniently located along Ximending.

Love the friendliness & helpfulness of staff before & upon arrival. The location was fantastic, disregarding the fact that the street in front of hotel would be closed during weekends to cars which they had no control over, otherwise it's 100/100 on convenience. Room is super clean and comfy. Abundance of food option around the hotel. Check out the bento shops in the back alley of the hotel!!!

Soundproofing is definitely an issue if you have loud neighbors and screaming babies, which I luckily didn't have. I can hear other guests going in and out, but it's norm at many hotels. It's really your luck on this matter. Bed is a little bit soft, but it could be just my room.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The staffs are very helpful. One of the staff helped me to find the nearby hospital and pharmacy when I was in need. He helped me to contact the pharmacy and told them my situation. (it was actually a Taiwan public holiday).

The daily room clean up is a bit superficial. The toilet bowl was not clean for 2 days!

The facility is located in the center of a shopping district, so it's surrounded by large and small stores, restaurants and bars. In the evening the streets become a large street fair with food stands and entertainment. Subway access (an excellent way to get around) is nearby. The staff was professional and helpful. The restaurant and bar were good and the free, self-serve laundry was a welcome surprise.

The hotel location is exceptionally good, so convenient and lots of food around. The room is big and clean. There is free laundry service. We would like give compliment to the hotel front desk personnel, Autum, she is extremely helpful and friendly, very impress with her service and her warmth, thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

Service from the staff was excellent. Andrew from the front desk helped us to get a taxi, and went down to wait for the taxi till it arrived, called his colleague upstairs who then helped us with our luggages. Thank you very much, Andrew!

The toilet and bathroom were separated.

The room was big and clean but more importantly, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The bed is also super big, bigger than a normal king size bed

The second time when we returned to the hotel, we had the extra large room. However, the window look out into the enclosed central atrium of the hotel.

location was great. we are in the heart of ximending and easily walkable to ximen train station. interior was very aesthetic and it gives the feeling of being at home

the bed was a little soft in my opinion but this is personal preference

Good location to move around ximending and other parts of Taipei. The theme of the hotel is fun!

As it is not by the roadside, taxi cannot drop off or pick up directly at the hotel. However, hotel staffs are very nice to help with luggages to pickup Point just near the Starbucks.
