The employees are super friendly, very helpful and they could help me out a lot. The room itself was also nice, better than expected. It isn't too big, but it had everything, even a special place to work from. Comfortable room, good Wi-Fi for working/studying, location is also OK.

We had one regular twin room, and another deluxe twin room. The deluxe was a corner room with huge windows, which was nice except that in the winter, the heater does not work so the room gets very cold due to the lack of insulation. The staff brought up extra blankets, which was helpful. Refrigerator worked, shower was nice and spacious, laundry room was helpful but the dryer must have been broken because it took 2 hours to semi-dry a load (and got so late I gave up and just hung everything in my room to finish air drying). Staff was nice and accommodating as we left our suitcases on arrival (too early for check in) and departure (left the city in the evening). Located across from the street from the subway entrance for Nanjing Fuxing station. Longjiang Road (turn right out of hotel, then cross Longjiang and make a right again) has a tasty little jianbing (savory egg pancake) and luobogao (turnip cake) shop for morning breakfasts. There are also 3 7-11s and Family Marts within one block. Zhongshan shopping area is easily accessed by multiple bus lines or a long walk.

This hotel as far as value for money is concerned is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's in an amazing location and the amenities of the hotel are up to scratch. I was very fortunate to get a room upgrade but even the standard rooms are big and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Also the cleaner made the room spotless every time. They provide water every day as well. Super comfy bed and I quite liked the interior design of the rooms. I'd HIGHLY recommend spending a bit extra to getting a better room. You're still getting a great deal. Also if you're chasing a good coffee around the area, check out One OK Coffee about 2 minutes down the road.

Location is great. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is modern and clean. I stay at the room 1535 is spacious and has amazing view. the bathroom is wonderful. The laundry room come with washer, dryer, iron with iron board and steamer. The room is huge and clean. Make the laundry job easy and comfortable. It exceeded my expectation with this value.

The pillow is a bit flat and only 1 per person. The dryer in laundry room not functioning very well, take a long time to dry.

Location is good, taxi, bus and metro all easy, room size is good. The first room for our three night stay was very good, clean, all facilities are in working order.

The room we stayed on our return from Taichung was very bad. We didn't make a complaint at the hotel as we were only stay for one night. The sofa in the room is sinking badly, and the room is very dusty, feel like no one live there for long and no cleaning done before we check in.

The location was great, right by the MRT and walking distance to many restaurants.

Breakfast was mostly cold and disappointing, but edible. Usually had scrambled eggs, veggies, sausage, buns, congee, coffee and juice.

I chose this hotel because they accepted guests who had completed quarantine but were within the 7 day self monitoring period. The value, size and comfort of the room and its amenities were very good, considering the low price I paid.

Breakfast was a little bit strange - I would consider it a mix of breakfast and dinner foods, and iced tea. The cinnamon bun was quite dry. But overall it wasn't bad.

Like the location....very convenient and near to MRT station. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Got windows facing the street. The location is quiet and not so crowded like Ximengding. Food outlets are available within reach but not that many. There's a small night market near the hotel. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The best hotel I have stayed for this trip of 15 days in Taiwan. Will return again!

some of the rooms have windows that don’t open and the rooms could use a deeper clean - they were a bit dusty and the curtains all needed a wash.

I like everything just the issue with no parking and also because of Covid-19 the entrance is closed. I think the instructions of how to get into the hotel should be made clear. Especially as a foreigner, I cannot read any Chinese. English instructions will be appreciated.
