This is a hotel that pays attention to detail and thoughts in its hardware. An example, it was winter during my stay and in all of the other hotels I stayed in, it was cold after shower. This hotel's bathroom has a heat lamp to warm you up! The 5 pm to 7pm happy hour buffet. 24 hours availibility of hot drink (milk, chocolate drinks, coffee, tea, and hot water) Proximity to the MRT station

The stay was perfect except that on check-out day, early in the morning when it was still dark, and when I was in a rush to get to the airport, the room was without a power supply -- no light to pack my belongings. The staff only managed to find 1 working torch light. I wonder shouldn't an abundance of torch light be made readily available in an earthquake-prone area like Taipei?! I would have rated this 10 out of 10 were it not for this unfortunate incident.

The breakfast was included and it was by far the best breakfast we had during our trip. There was a large selection of beautiful hot and cold food. Between 5:00pm - 7:00pm each day is happy hour with complimentary alcohol and an enormous selection of food. Most people made this hearty selection their dinner. It was a very impressive, welcome bonus. The hotel has a classy, small intimate feel and we really enjoyed the intimacy of it as a central place to stay in Taipei. so close to the action but a quiet oasis to escape to after the business outside.

It’s a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Comfortable and QUIET room. Excellent breakfast. Very calming interior design, lots of dark wood. Has an old world charm. Staff is super fry and helpful. Very close to a busy MRT station, easy to get to places.

Didn’t like is too harsh but just some watch outs: the gym is small, minimal but functional. When I stayed there the first time about 10 years ago everything was sparkling new, the decor has dated a bit.

Les Suites served a good variety of Western and Oriental breakfast food. My family enjoyed the cookies, cheese, wine, warm and cold drinks readily available from 6 to 9pm. The servers and front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. They even provided a to-go box when I didn't have time to eat so I could still enjoy breakfast on my way to the airport.

Hotel signage could be more visible.

the location was right in the middle of town. There were many shops and restaurants right out our door. The staff was great. Nice happy hour and all day snacks.

As a westerner, the breakfast did not have enough western selections. We have travelled quite a bit in Asia and other hotels do better. This is not a big deal.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff and high quality of service. Breakfast service was superb and the afternoon snacks and evening happy hour are a really nice addition. The rooms are really comfortable and equipped. Excellent location.

There was nothing not to like

The room was lovely - warm and comfortable with lots of extra little touches like fresh fruit, a Nespresso machine and heated toilet seat :)

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet didn't cater very well for vegetarians. Almost all of the cooked dishes contained meat so paying extra for the breakfast wasn't cost effective.

wonderful location which is just 3 mins from MRT station (Nanjing Fuxing Station ext #7 with escator). there are a lot of nice restaurants near this hotel. The reception is helpful.

The breakfast was quite nice. The food and fruits was fresh and the room was quite roomy. Loved the cleanliness and the service staff.

Everything was excellent for a 4 star hotel. I liked everything.

The location is good and convenient very near by MTR Station, lots restaurants around the hotel , the staffs are very nice and helpful! We do like their breakfast and afternoon happy hour!
