The room was rather spacious, so was the bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The gym was outstanding, as it is also open to the public (yet not crowded at all). The swimming pool is nice, and we also enjoyed the sauna and the steam bath. It was also convenient to have a 7Eleven and a Starbucks right next to the Hotel. Bus and MRT stations very close by. 6 bottles of drinking water in reusable glass bottles were provided daily. The breakfast buffet ($) offered a good choice of options.

Although the breakfast buffet was really good, we still felt that it was a bit pricey. Same for the lunch and dinner buffet. I would suggest a bigger discount for in-house guests.

I love the size of the room and bathroom, both were very big and comfortable. The location was great, with a 7/11 entrance near the lobby, and restaurants nearby within minutes. There is also a big intersection to catch buses to anywhere in the city conveniently. The metro station is also just 8 min away by foot. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

You couldn’t control the lights separately so anytime you wanted to turn off the lights it would turn on all the lights first ( which would disturb those already sleeping ) and then turn the lights off The check-in process started at 4pm and there was a long line. It took an hour

A typical 4 stars business hotel, I guess these are the same everywhere. As expected, the staff were nice, everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is good, next to a mall with a food court, plenty of nice, affordable dishes there. You can see the Taipei Stadium from front of the hotel. Pretty easy to walk around. Just next door to the hotel, there's a nice brewery restaurant with western food and fresh tap beer.

The buffet style breakfast is a hit and miss. Surprisingly, the western food items (e.g. croissants and other pastries) were of better quality compared to the Asian foods they had (e.g. the fried rice was too dry and not really fresh, the braised pork was a bit smelly, the dim sum bao was stale).

This hotel exceeded our expectations. After a long flight, we could definitely unwind there. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We needed a car and the man at the front desk was kind enough to arrange it all for us. The breakfast did certainly not disappoint. A very large selection of different cuisines. We enjoyed every moment of it! The fitness did not come up short either. Plenty of machines and plenty of light. We love that. This hotel is highly recommended!

The only thing we can note is the following: We were not allowed in the pool without a swim cap. We had to purchase these in order to swim. It is for hygiene that they do this, but when we looked in the pool there were band-aids and hair in it. We then wanted to just sit on the edge and put our feet in the water but this too was a problem. This unfortunately prevented us from using the pool.

customer service was excellent. front desk let me check in a little earlier than the "early check in" time the concierge helped with taxi calling and confirming if tourist locations were open or not. I really liked how there was a 7 Eleven within the building.

everything was great! I have no complaints for the price paid for three people. The only thing that probably can't be changed is the hallways open to the atrium as very hot and humid because the AC probably couldn't keep up. Then again I went to Taiwan during the hottest month.

Location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the Taipei Arena metro station which made it easy to travel around Taipei. Room was large and spacious, with a humongous bathroom (plus sleek mirror and bathtub!). Room was clean and comfortable.

Our room did not have any windows facing outside, so if you desperately need sunlight into your room you'd have to reconsider. Price was on the steeper end but given the good location in Taipei it is probably still worth it.

Convenient location near Taipei Arena. There are 2 MRT stations near the hotel. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful layout with glass capsule elevators. The staff were very friendly, helpful & courteous; and they spoke English very well. If you're from the Philippines, there's a Filipino staff (named BERT) at the lobby who will assist you if you have any questions or problems. There are lots of malls, restaurants and shops around the area that are within walking distance (if you love walking around). If you get hungy at night, there's a 7-11 just at the ground floor of the hotel.

A bit expensive considering that the room rate did not include breakfast. We tried their buffet breakfast (extra charge) and we were a bit disappointed with the food spread - not much choices and the taste can be improved.

Location was great. Free drinking water available. Staff friendly. Drycleaning was good and fast turnaround. Free parking. Plenty of lifts, never had to wait!!! Convenient store in hotel, can’t get more convenient than that!

Staff were all friendly enough but you can feel that they have the “city, too good for you sort of vibe”. Except for the Japanese staff who was genuinely friendly and helpful.

clean and rooms are big and spacious. location is near the train station and shopping centre. it’s a huge property!

not that it really matters but the pool does need a little update. it was slightly sad looking and old.

Good clean rooms, sensational gym. Pool was a hit with the kids. Taipei arena MRT only 400m away. Lots of restaurants in vicinity (go out rear of building). 7-eleven at ground floor. Staff very helpful and spoke good English (Nelly was very helpful and helped communicate with a care hire place).
