Location was decent. Quiet at night, but bustling in the day. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about but is good enough to start your day! Can't complain.

Only ran 1 elevator out of 2. However, perhaps it wasn't so full and I never had a very long wait. In fact, I was always in the elevator alone! Basin stopper was stuck when I pushed it down. However, after I came back that evening, it was fixed. Not too bad!

They upgraded us to 3 person room without charges, breakfast is okay and have providing washing machine service. Location wise it is very near the train station, definitely a strategic location. The male and female hotel staff are handsome and pretty!

The first time when i step into the toilet it have a urine smell where I am not sure it is coming from

All staff were really nice and couldn't do enough to help when asked. The room was clean and tidy and more than enough for our requirements. Location was ideal for travel using the MRT. When next back visiting Taipie, I would definitely look at stay here again.

The hotel has everything you need. Decent variety for breakfast. Quite convenient, walking distance to MRT station, many bus stops nearby. Staff is very friendly.

Sound insulation could be better, could hear noise in the hallway in the morning. Night lights are a bit bright, might need to block them.

Nice breakfast and clean for the location, feeling comfortable to stay with and fine view, not very far from the metro station

The hotel logo is a bit hiding, it takes time to look for the entrance for this hotel, but in general not a big issue.

The staff is incredibly helpful, they even helped us find a taxi and were very kind! The location is great and not too hectic and is in walking distance to the subway.

The room seems a bit old and some parts seemed a little moist/ mildew but it was great value.

Room is quite comfortable, staff was polite and responsive. Laundry service was exceptionally fast. Location is ok if you need to be in this area.

Good location, 5-10mins walk from Taipei Arena Station. Quiet/peaceful neighbourhood with bakeries, a stationery shop, and convenient stores along the way. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was great.

Stuff are really specialized and friendly. Location is really convenient and room is really queit and clean. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when come back in teipei.
