Spacious room with state of the art toilet facilities, near the famous Chia Te bakery is a bonus. they have exclusive toiletries which is so fragrant

the breakfast could have more variety. would prefer a normal bed than platform bed, wish they can check with the guest prior to check-in.

Breakfast was provided for all days of stay. There isn't much variety but food quality is good. Hotel location is good for public transport, with 2 bus stops directly outside the hotel and the metro within a short walking distance. 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are located nearby the hotel as well.

Wi-fi is on the slow side. The TV had youtube which was a plus, but kept exiting the video occasionally. Also, a room specific problem, my air conditioning wasnt as strong as my family's room, so their room was freezing and ours was slightly cold.

Large room, very clean. Air con worked well, bed comfortable, large bathroom, well appointed. Coffee machine in room with decent coffee.

No buffet breakfast provided for first 3 days because 'chef' had covid. Replacement was sub standard (although compensated with reduction in price). When buffet breakfast available, it was not up to scratch - boring, flavourless options. The cooked element was very basic - led us to wonder why they could not have managed without their 'chef'. Check-in was painfully slow - to stand at the desk for 45 minutes when there were no other customers after a 12 hour flight was ridiculous.

I cannot stop raving about this hotel to everyone. My family and I stayed for 20 days and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will be staying here again when I visit Taiwan in the future. It was convenient for all modes of transportation, centrally located, and it had so much to offer just within a few blocks of where the hotel is situated. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL! I really cannot stop raving about the staff. They are the people who made this hotel 1000% a 5 star hotel in my eyes.

The room we stayed was very clean and the size of the room was much bigger than expected. Excellent Toiletries were provided during our stay. We love the surroundings of the property where it’s not pack nor cramped as compared to XiMenDing and you can find nice food stalls, cafes and convenience stores nearby the property. The metro station is just nearby the hotel so basically there were no issues commuting on MRT to the attractions around.

Big room, comfortable bed. With nespresso, mini fridge with soft drinks, toilet with bidet, ample breakfast. Daily room cleaning, lots of places to eat around. Just across the Chiate store. Nearest MRT Songhan line about 300m. Walkable 20 mins to sun yat sen MRT station where we got a decent view of the 101 NYE fireworks. Quiet neighborhood

A bit far from shopping areas

Wow!! What a surprise!! From the staff to the room amenities, to the bathroom tub and toilet and the special surprise some floors up. This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was a cozy size, but they designed the space well enough to add tons of amenities in little places. There's a clothing rod, robes and slippers hidden in spaces, snacks, drinks , a masssive tub and a Japanese toilet. I really enjoyed the SG, which the staff didn't tell me about. I had to find it myself. The view of the city at night and during the day is breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable, it was like sleeping in between clouds. The breakfast is plentiful and the catering staff was very hospitable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that I tried to book the following night just a few hours after checking in, but they were sold old. Thanks for instructing me to the parking lot, dealing with my rush and sorry for my impatience as I was in a little hurry upon arrival. Great job.

I would suggest being a little more discreet when stating guests' room number as it could cause a safety issue, especially when you have female guests. Even if there might not be others around, the habit is not really safe to announce everyone's room number so loudly. Maybe circle it or highlight it in the check-in portfolio to give the guests some discretion. And maybe talk more about the amenities of the hotel upon check-in.

Full hotel service with breakfast buffet. Lovely decor and great service with daily cleanup and fast service when reported of issue with TV reception. Bathtub with fantastic toiletries. Location is great, near MRT, Chia Te, Rouhe night market.

It is a basement 2 room, required to dismount/climb stairs with luggages. Able to upgrade to above ground rooms with 300 NT more per night but window is only in the washroom, so decided not to. The TV reception was unstable for the last 2 days.

Great location and good breakfast. The staff is responsive. Interior design is elegant and new.

The management of the property’s facility can be improved. The water was always overflown from underneath the shower door to the entire bathroom floor after showering. Stepping on the wet floor is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous.

Clean spacious room with a good layout. The staff were very courteous, hospitable and professional. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The rooftop garden was a nice addition to view the skyline of Taipei with an added bonus of a laundry room.

The rooms are a bit well worn and could use a refresh.
