No breakfast included but this is not a big problem. You can get a piping hot Ay Chung Rice Noodles 阿宗麵線 which is conveniently located right below the hotel and a short distance walk to Yong He Soy Milk. There are other stalls that open for breakfast too. You can also get your coffee boost because Starbucks is just nearby too. The interior is not entirely new, some cabinets and wall paints were chipped off but still acceptable. The room is spacious enough to open 2x 28" luggage and still have some space for walking. Very conveniently located at Ximen station and inside the shopping district (but dont worry, it wont get noisy at night).

Interior walls, cabinets could have been maintained better. The floor underneath the basin area could have kept cleaner, saw some ball of dusts.

facilities were quite ok, room is spacious for 2 pax. location is fantastic! near the metro station, near the eateries n restaurants n shopping! so convenient!

pillows were low, bedsheets were not changed when we checked in, so we requested to change. subsequent days were fine. there’s no soundproof from the storey above, you can hear music n singing till 10pm daily.

Great Location. It is in Ximending very close to Ay-Chung must eat noodle dish in Taiwan. Staff are very helpful even some of them cannot speak English well but their service mind shown. If you looking for a nice hotel in the heart of Ximending with reasonable price, book this one.

The hotel is located on 7th and 8th floor of the building. On 9th floor, there is a dance studio, you may find some noise before 10PM but that was fine for me as I know this from other reviews before I booked and I enjoyed Ximending during that time and back to hotel after 10PM anyway. However, the room is not sound proof, you can still here some noise from the walkway or the room next door.

The location is great and near metro station. There are lots of foods and drinks selection below and around the area. The room is very comfortable for me. The noise they mentioned frm the dance studio upstairs doesn't impact mi at all. To me, it's soft and not that loud n noisy as stated. I am very impressed by the staffs service. They stand and greeted you everytime they see you. They are all very helpful on all my enquires and requests. They went extra mile to assist me when I needed help even after I had checked out. They have exceeded my expectations and was deeply appreciated for the services they provided to their customers. Will stay again soon. Thank you everyone for making my short trip memorable. Kudos.

Perfect location, only 1 minute away from MRT exit 6 and is in the heart of Ximending shopping area. The staff are so helpful. I like that they change our towels everyday. I loved the chair massage

Hotel needs refurbishing. Carpet is a bit worn, there are scratches on the walls and the door jamb. There was no microwave in the room

Location is great, just take the lift down and it's the Ximending walking district with plenty of F&B options. Room and bathroom were super clean too. Very friendly receptionist.

The receptionist did give us a heads up but the noise coming from the dance studio upstairs can be very loud during the day. There were also no power sockets right next to the bed. I also had trouble locating the hotel at first but just give them a call and they will be able to provide directions.

5th time staying here! The location is very convenient! Less than 5 minutes walk from ximen station exit 6. Staff are very friendly and tries their best to help. Generally the rooms are spacious and very clean!

Some of the room shapes are not very desirable (no space to walk after opening luggage)

Location and big-sized rooms

Lobby is located at the 8th floor in a very old bldg with smelly lifts and its the only access to the hotel. The toilet doors are frosted by designs is clear glass so can see people clearly inside. Rooms at level 7 have no lift access so you have to walk down

Hotel location is the main attraction, located right in the middle of busy area of Ximending. From hotel, you can easily reach plenty of shops to walk around from evening until late mid-night. Hotel staffs are very polite and friendly.

The inconvenient is the hotel lift only reach at 8th floor and you have to walk down the staircase if you are given rooms at 7th floor. Carrying big luggage up and down stairs can be challenging.
