I didn’t like my experience in this hotel, I’ve been traveling in different cities and would stay in a budget hotel and the experience was excellent but this hotel has unpleasant smell, bed was uncomfortable, duvet was even worn out, there were insects and rats, the staff were even confused with the payment process when we checked out we had to wait since they were not sure if we already paid, but the other staff already took our payment upon arrival. We were in a hurry to catch up with the sight-seeing bus schedule but missed and had to wait again because of the confusion that happened.
