Location is right in the middle of Ximending shopping area. Literally, when you go downstairs youre already at the shopping district. Great for those who prefer to be at the heart of the lively city. Many stalls and shops nearby. Street performances everywhere. Fun district. Room was big, air conditioner nice and cold. Wifi was adequate. If I go back to Taipei, would definitely choose this location again. Train and bus stations were also near, about a 4 minute walk.

Wish there were 2 pillows per bed, but this is just personal preference. Wifi was sometimes spotty, not a big issue since it was mostly stable and fast, but definitely not gaming-level connection. Also TV didnt allow Netflix nor YouTube so we just relied on cable provided which again, not a big deal.

Convenient location which is at an alley. Initially difficult to locate, once you locate it, never once will you missed it. A lot of shops and eateries nearby, short walk to xmd mrt ext 6.

No mirror in the bedroom and my pyjamas went missing from the toilet on the nite. Called reception and was told the housekeeper did not take it but found it strange it just went missing when I hv been placing it at the same location for the past few nights which is underneath the wash basin. Nevertheless luckily those are old clothes. Reception apologised and helped to search but can’t locate too.

The receptionist was extremely helpful with everything. We wanted to get an extra room because we had so many people (6adults,2kids - we had two double beds and 2 single bed rooms) but didn't ended up doing it because it was too expensive. She helped us talked to her supervisor who gave us a free upgrade. The location was also good, it's in an alley in the heart of ximending with the metro only a 5 min walk away. Transportation was easy, and there were many things to see and do in the local area.

Location is superb. Its in Ximending area and just walking distance to the MRT station. We took the train to Taipei Main and trasnfer to Ximen station. The hotel wasn't hard to find. The alley is near to 7-11. On the 2/f they have the laundry area, water station and public refrigerator. The staffs are very friendly. They can also store your luggages. Lots of shops and stalls around so you have options. Major shops like Uniqlo, H&M, Nike, Starbucks are in the area. At night, there will be mini performances in the area.

The AC room lowest temp is just 22c and that is warm for us. I wish we can lower it down to 18c

Location is perfect for using metro/airport train, shoppings, eating out, etc. So many breakfast and dinner choices around the hotel even in 1-2min distance. Price was good and most staff are friendly and supportive. Room was clean enough and they clean up room every day.

View from window is so so since the hotel bldg is close to next bldgs of oposite side of alley. (But with this reasonable price, I should say it is good enough especially there is little balcony space sunlight comes in.)

Room was clean and bedding was comfy. Location is superb, right in the middle of Ximending yet hidden away in an alley, so it's peaceful for resting. Toilet is equipped with bidet and shower was bigger than usual, a good scrub down would be better to remove the mould and mildew. Otherwise, it is good to go. Also love the fact that there's a coin operated laundry washer and dryer, and the reception speaks very good English.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for breakfast but that's okay with us. We loved the location, it was near everything. Lots of food choices when you go out. It was a bit noisy in the morning because you can hear the cars. But overall we loved our stay. The water pressure was good. We would definitely stay here again.

They could add more pillows.

-The location was nice, close to metro with 5 mins walk. -The staff was helpful. -There is a pantry for us to refill water, and microwave oven to reheat food. Also a shared fridge to use. -The room was spacious and the large table was good for eating.

-The bathing area require more attention, e.g. adding safety handle for shower, using anti-slip tiles on floor -The hot water of the shower changes too quickly, and I almost got hurt

The AC is centralized so it's hard to control. The lowest temp is 22 degrees celcius. Sometimes it feels like it doesn't work The check in time is at 3pm. They are strict on this policy. Fortunately, they allowed us to leave our luggage while we stroll around and come back

the location is the best, right in the middle of Ximending we could take away all of the street foods and back to the hotel to eat. Staffs is really nice and helpful👍🏻

the property is okay and comfortable however when I book the hotel it mentioned city view but my room isn’t city view at all. I could only see the wall of opp building so was not what I expecting also the toiletries provided are very limited and basic was hoping to have some cotton swabs
