offers a spacious room, 2 double beds, with ample space to move around, well heated room for the cold, a very comfy sleep. the toiletries & amenties w inroom onsen are very complete & segregated. comes w free entry to indoor swim pool, gym, public onsen. our teenager girl love the cat cafe. I like the succulents. we have the options to order ubereat or food panda, or dine at the inhouse restaurants.

The nearby spa was nice. kids loved to swim in the big swimming pool. breakfast was not bad. there are some fun things for kids to do like the Nerf guns and a play room. good for rainy weather.

the furniture in the room was a bit old and very squeaky closet doors. it was hard to find dinner nearby. we had to drive to the downtown area to find food after 6:00pm.

Environment is way back to natural, rooms are very big with king size beds and bathroom hotspring tub is fantastic.

Plenty of facilities for children to play, DIY, and activities. The room (we had a family room) was very spacious. We loved the huge bathtub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I called them to tell them that there was no toilet paper on our arrival, they provided it in a few minutes.

We had a small kitchen in the room with a cooker, but... no pot, no frying pen ... no cutlery, nothing to cook! And one of the teacups was dirty. So, if you need to warm up your food, or to drink wine, better bring the kitchen utensils with you (there are some plates and 3 small teacups). The rooms would need a designer to upgrade their style a bit.

Rooms were of good size, with in-room hot spring. The furnishing is rather dated but still functional. The buggy service, that sends and picks us up to main lobby is prompt. Price is more affordable compared to Leofoo Resort.

The kids play area is really worn out and doesn't seem like it's maintained - the ball pit and toys were quite dirty. A spruce up to the rooms and play area could really attract even more families.

Thank you for the hot water tub in our room. We all could really enjoy it as long as we liked and my kids could swim as long as they liked. I like that you have animal programs for kids on the television. We love the Cat Cafe and the fish in the pond. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff really are friendly and spoke enough English to help us. This Summer holiday was so much better than what we hoped. You make a great cup of macchiato and a great👍cup of fruit tea! Also thank you very much for the lavender bath salts! We really needed this break away!

We hope the kids activities will open up soon so we can come back to try them next time. We do know everything is closed because of CoVid and that's okay.
