The bed sheets and towels weren’t clean

Great location off the main road and a short walk to the beach. There is a street food market practically next door for cheap meals too

We had to move rooms a few times due to maintenance issues before we were given a free upgrade to a private cottage. If staying again I’d just book the private cottage straight up.

Amazing and very helpful staff. They helped with everything needed.they were all very sweet nice view from the pool good breakfast and great location

There is a strong mold smell in the rooms. We asked to move a room due to the smell and the other room unfortunetly also had the mold smell.

Peace Laguna Resort & Spa is situated in beautiful grounds in a very quiet location just off the main road to Ao Nang Beach. A very comfortable room with an excellent bed

The bathroom in our room was tired and definitely needs an overall as do some of the other fixtures and fittings. The breakfast was average and the bread, pastries and coffee could have been improved

The personal was nice and kind.

The room was really outdated and outdoor shower couldn’t use due to people next door were able to watching you. The walking street is close by and music is running late at night. When asking to fix lights on the walkway, nobody did and you have to walk in dark back to the room. Breakfast buffet didn’t change a lot during a week….

We got the best cottage on the resort - 1101 (1102 and 1104 are equally good), it is literally on the right of the pool on their main photo. Big room, big bed, great facilities, great views. Some comments read that resort is old - it is well kept and renovated, everything was working for us - jaccuzi, outdoor shower with lights, etc. Even gym is ok, I had to get creative with some exercises, but you could have a proper strength workout there (make sure to turn AC on and not the fan). Territory is big, loved seeing water monitor lizards in the lagoona and land, plenty of big cyclids in the lagoona. Resort is next to main street, 200 m from the sea, from reviews I found, it is the best quality hotel in Krabi.The staff were super helpful, cheerful, not doing it for tips only, they truly enjoy having guestz post covid, hotel was at 20% occupancy, hence even better for us to have so much space and privacy

Room was cleaned very late on most of the days (after 4 pm), the lightning in the room is always dimmed, you have kind of romantic ambience all the time, but sometimes you need more light. Room service menu was very limited and not exciting (we were just getting all the means on the main street just hundreds of meterd away). Those are very minor cons I could think of after spending a week in this great place.

Nice room, good location, breakfast was ok, the staff at breakfast was nice (DeeDee was particularly nice). Good cocktails. Shower outside the cabin was very nice. Several pools.

It was extremely difficult to communicate with the staff at the reception, which made it nearly impossible to understand what they meant when we upgraded two rooms at the main building to two independent cabins by the lake. We had had paid, for two rooms, 4 nights, 17.000 baths and were asked to pay an extra 24.000 baths for the upgrade, two cabins, four nights). It was all very confusing and a bit (we found) exaggerated. Nevertheless, we paid the requested extra and – mind you – the only advantage we had was having a cabin, we expected some more perks, but hey, not all hotel managements are alike. Wi-Fi was a mess. Had to login, each and everytime I wanted to acess. Not nice. Guests from upper rooms could see me having the outside shower...

Very nice location: greens is all around, very quiet place, close to the main Ao Nang street but at the same time you don't hear any street sounds, close enough to the beach, have 3 pools so you can always find a spot. Breakfast has pretty fair choice of dishes including local food (fried rice, pad thai noodles, curry) and European (eggs, ham, French toasts, pancakes, bread and buns with jams, cornflakes, yogurt, fruits, salad bar). Room (Superior Cottage) was spacious.

Our room was cleaned always at the end of the day, hard to guess when exactly. It was annoying because you have to wait housekeeping so you can't have a rest or fall asleep in afternoon. Our room was on the ground floor and the shower was not "private" I would say: people could observe you washing from the 2nd floor of neighbor cottages. Some staff at reception could not assist us when we had some questions, may be due to some knowledge gap or language barrier: they were forwarding us to their colleagues. Pool towels available only at the main pool.

2nd stay here and an excellent base for Ao Nang. Just off the Main Street and a short walk to the beach - but tranquil and isolated from the main bustle of the resort. Rooms are spacious and spaced out enough to feel you have your own tropical paradise. 3 pools to choose from and central lake area all overlooked by a beautiful rock towering above Ao Nang.

Our Air Con had an issue - which they attempted to fix 3 times. Last attempt was offered. Room upgrade - but we’re checking out next day so declined. Room service could be improved - very slow some days.

Location was excellent, just 5 mins to the beach and literally a couple of minutes from multiple shops and restaurants. Lovely big room with comfortable beds and good sized balcony. Excellent breakfast with massive selection of food and drinks. Best we had in 4 weeks in Thailand. Nice pool areas. Well equipped gym. Staff attentive and helpful. Even had someone come round at breakfast asking if there was anything you needed help with. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

The room smelt of damp but had a dehumidifier insitu and unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay which doesn't help. The bathroom had poor lighting.
