Very friendly staff, perfect location not far away from the beach with all the wonderful restaurants and bars around, you have a gym and a pool right around the corner which you can use for free. I was working from home so WLAN was stable throughout my whole stay. Really commend it!

It might can get a little bit loud at night because the hotel is really at the hot spot. Also the breakfast in the morning didn't have that many options - although the ladies serving it are more than friendly! :)

Excellent location! Close to everything. Big and clean rooms. Great team. All with a smile, always at your service. Although the hotel does not have a pool, two minutes away you can jump into the pool at the Peace Laguna Resort & Spa for free and get a towel in the lobby. Recommended!! Outside the hotel there is like a travel agency that will take care of all the trips and transportation you will need! Full value for your money!

Very clean, great location close to the beach and bars/restaurants, friendly stuff and most importantly pool&gym you can use of the other 4star just few steps next to Veranda. Also delicious pancakes with berries in Verandah cafe. I cannot find the same level of hotel in Bali..:(

Location close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Clean room and facilities, Wi-Fi is great, staff is super sweet and accommodating! Free water everyday so that’s nice.

I first got a room facing the street which had VERY loud music coming from the bars until early morning, I asked for a quieter room and they did accommodate me to a bigger room but beware if full hotel, they will not be able to move you as only a few rooms face the cliff.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good. Close to the beach and main strip but not right in it all.

I didn’t have hot water in the shower so that wasn’t great, it was more like warm. it was great after a hot sweaty day but a little rough in the morning.

Centralised area for shopping and food at ao nang beach area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and huge. Cafe below serves wonderful drinks.

Rooms were spacious & clean. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant downstairs was excellent! Definitely recommend their açai bowls & the coffee was great too. Location was good & the beach was about 5 minute walk away, you can also use the pool at a nearby hotel.

The noise from nearby bars was so loud which was a shame.

The room was big and bright when you opened the curtains. It was cleaned daily and everything was always fresh. The AC worked great, there was a balcony to with a clothes rack for them to dry. Also the breakfast was really good and a big selection.

The shower head wasnt the best cause it was leaking.

Everything about this hotel was perfect: the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was lovely (even letting us store our things and shower before our evening flight home). The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located just a few minutes from Ao Nang beach and in the middle of the high street, opposite a convenience store and lots of lovely cafes. The pool we had access to was also great.

It is very close to beautiful beach, everything is nearby- shopping center, beach, cafe, restaurants. Night market is also not too far. We loved everything and will definitely recommend everyone to book this hotel.

Shower in our room was not proper and changing shower nob can fix this issue. Also jet spray pressure is too much which needs to be little low.
