The location and staff were amazing. For the location, despite being so close to the main area, at night, it was like being in for forest, you could only hear the frogs and cicadas, it was so peaceful. All of the accommodation was set in a beautiful garden with trees, plants and grasses... it was very pretty and secluded. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us book Mauy Thai tickets and arrange collection and generally helping us with anything we needed, they were all lovely. If we return to the area we would definitly go back with them.

There were a few small things that if changed would make it a 9 or 10 out of 10. The first one was the cleanliness. The rooms were not very clean, one of the pillows was covered in black mould and the place despite having cleaners, just needed a good deep clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the WiFi didn't ever work. For us, not huge things, and the good far outweighed the bad.

Very clean, comfortable beds, super friendly staff, great location near the beach and lots of restaurants/amenities, yet is also secluded from the main street, the showers are warm, great laundry service, their cafe serves delicious breakfast, they have cute cats <33

The WiFi did not always work and at night you can hear the bass from the music of the nearby clubs until 1am-2am (but it is a lot quieter than on the main street), so i definitely recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

Great location, close to the center and beach, but still mostly quiet. Helpful and nice owner, you can book tours etc through the accommodation. You get bottle of water everyday.

The toilet is behind the shower, so after you've showered you have to walk across the wet floor to get to the toilet. Switching these two positions would help. After the rain the steep walk up is very slippery, be careful not to fall.

The bungalow is big enough for two persons and two big trolleys, it has a fridge to keep your water always fresh, a spacious wardrobe and a comfy bed. The locations was top! In the center of Ao Nang but without the party noise. The owner was very friendly and has a tourist information stand, he helped us to book our tickets and gave us valuable information. We recommend the restaurant next to the bungalows :)

Everything was okay in general. The only “problem” would be the toilet, the distribution is quite interesting :)

Very friendly staff, good location near the beach and local restaurant. Bungalow very convenient and clean. Owner was very helpful and arranged a great trip to Hong Islands for a competitive price. Definitely worth going!

It wasn’t a disadvantage for me, but location near bars and clubs so might be a bit noisy for some people. Ao Nang is not a peaceful place in general, very touristy, so you need to be aware of the crowds and noise.

I stayed 16 days at Anawin Bungalows and I had a really great stay! The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable (I like firm mattresses). You feel like you have your own property in the middle of the nature! Be aware you cohabitate with animals so yes you’ll geckos and big lizards hanging out. The owner Ismael is such a great host, and helps you find the best tours and you can have really nice deep talks with him! The lady who cleaned my room was so sweet and always left me bottles of water in the fridge.

I like everything

Really good location to stay for the price. There is little to no noise at night and very convenient to walk to the main street, the beach, and to the boats. The owner and the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room is in good order. The AC works well. The fridge is bigger than other hotels/motels. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again in the future. The rooms have a TV with Netflix if you need something to do during the heavy rain times. The owner and workers will also book a shuttle for you to get to the airport for the same price as other shuttles.

The lighting felt a little dim in the main room at night, but it is not a problem.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Very nice and always helpful owner. Accommodation in nature with a very good position, close (approx. 300 meters) to Ao Nang beach and boat transport to Railay. 20 meters from the accommodation is an excellent and cheap restaurant (Family restaurant). I doubt that in this area is anything better for that price. It's definitely worth it.

Beautiful garden, lovely staff- helpful, friendly and kind, great value for money, close to everything but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Simple rooms but absolutely perfect for what we needed and it was nice to have lots of floor space, a large fridge, wardrobe and porch with chairs to sit outside and enjoy the butterflies. Would definitely stay again.

Air con was a little noisy but the room stayed fairly cool so we didn't have run it constantly. Also a slightly thicker blanket for the beds would have been nice but regardless I was comfortable enough and slept well.

I can only recommend Anawin Bungalows. The surroundings where so cozy and you get the real jungle vibes, even though it’s placed so central. We ended up extending our stay, but were only able to extend it for one night because of fully booked. The owner was the sweetest and helped us find another place for the the last night with pool and everything to the same price as at Anawin, because of a discount he could give us. He helped us with our luggage to the new place and made sure we loved the new place, before leaving us. Else they helped us with cheap laundry and scooters, and booking our further travel to Koh Phangan
