at first got a room with big stains on the bed, but they nicely gave me a new room that me and them would check first. big room with big balcony, when I had do not disturb sign on they did leave me some coffee, toilet paper, water etc which was nice. kind staff although it was difficult to communicate in english. overall good value for money

swimming pool much smaller than expected, location not too far from beach and food but difficult to reach because you had to walk on the road. you could not take the shuttle they provided back to hotel (I think, they didn’t understand my question)

Staff were super friendly and helpful, organised transfers for us to the pier to get the ferry. Arranged a scooter for us to rent while we there and plenty of bike parking. Free shuttle bus to beach 3 times per day but need to get a taxi/tuc tuc back. Lovely pool area. Very good AC & room facilities, large room and large terrace area. Far enough away from the busy areas that it’s nice and quiet at night. Food available from restaurant, they even brought it to us so we could eat by the pool. Good value for money

Beds were very hard, not the most comfortable sleep we’ve had. Hotel is quite far from the town area and beach, probs a 20 mins walk and it’s uphill coming back. We rented a scooter so it wasn’t an issue for us but just to be aware.

Loved everything about this resort. The room location BIG Bathroom swimming pool facilities, everything. Especially the staff. The two girls at the reception (apologize for not being able to write their names correctly) were helpful all the way, from scooty rental to day tours, to arranging private cars. They were so sweet and kind. Their dogs were friendly too.. specially the one named HAM 🤗 What I noticed was how the place was spotless, not a single bug or anything. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and will definitely stay here again 😃

We rented a private bungalow for a very reasonable price. It was newly furnished and had small swimming pool with atributes of jacuzzi. Personnel was attentive to our every need. They cleaned and changed sheets every day. Hotel is located not far from Ao nang beach.

Bathroom window had net to block the insects, it was too large for the window and staff couldn't put it in, so they hang it on some sticky tape and it eventually start to fall off during shower.

Really nice stay, the room was a decent size with great facilities, nice and clean and the pool was a nice bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Easy place to stay. There are some great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

Bit of a walk into town/beach - about 20 min. However they provide a free transport into the beach 3 times a day and very good price at other times, you just have to find your own way home with a taxi, which is still pretty cheap.

Room was huge and the balcony was enormous. Excellent view and ambient room. Staffs were great and helpful. Wifi was fast and had excellent reception as well as the maintained consistency. No issues with the stay.

Having an elevator could be a great help. I had to take my luggage to the 2nd floor by stairs. The guy who was showing us the room was old so he could not help. I would recommend that replace the bellboy for the guests who are about to stay in any floors other than downstairs.

As a digital nomad, I liked that the internet connection was good all the time, quiet place with the mountin view , you can work near to swimming pool. Rooms are clean and spacious, big comfy bed. It's a little bit far from the beach, about 20 minutes walk. If you walk farter up the road, you'll get to a corner with willage market, where you can buy good sushi, local food and fruits for reasonable price.

I love everything about this hotel, the staff are very lovely and will help as much as possible. I was able to leave my luggage there while going to an island stay. The rooms are comfortable and there is a lovely pool to relax by. the location is quiet and about a 15 minute walk to either beach.

I like this property very much just the Wi-Fi you have to keep signing back in all the time

The staff and the friendliness. They are very cooperative and tried to provide a solution on time. Perfect gateway for families with kids.

Their sliding door in the main entry of the room. The lizards (geco) get into the room with the gap of the sliding door which is very annoying as they start to call at night. Also found a few lizards (geco) in the room. Apart from this everything was fine.

it was lovely and clean, the pool area was handy for a cool off after a day exploring and the staff were all amazing and the free shuttle into town was so handy. also WiFi was very good for work.

due to it being the start of season the restaurant wasn’t open which was a slight let down as I had to work a few evenings from the room so had to try source other food when I had finished, but not a huge problem overall.
