The breakfast was great and suitable for all cultures. There was fresh fruit, omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, salad, toast, pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, and Thai food. The cleaning was very good - the room was cleaned daily. The pool was also good and clean and there was a bar beside the pool. The room was spacious with a large balcony. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

We had a double room but it was two single beds pushed together and the gap was very uncomfortable. There was no hand soap in the room. There was room service but the telephone in our room was broken and when we mentioned it to the hotel staff they said it was a known problem and couldn't fix it. The restaurant closes very early at 17.30. The WiFi wasn't great at times. The electricity went a few times during our stay but I think that's more so a problem with the area rather than the hotel.

I stayed this hotel 5 days, very nice hotel . What i like is pool very awesome the slides nice . Breakfast food nice because provided Halal food but need more food especially main course. The room was very spacious and clean and would stay here again, best hotel Aonang Viva 👍👍

Checkin was smooth, staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, it had fruits, eggs (omelette, fried eggs), vegetables and thai food. The location was at a walkable distance from the main beaches. The traffic on the street was very light, and there was a 7 eleven just around the corner, 2 mins from the hotel. There were towels, slippers and a bag for the pool in the room, and the room was being cleaned everyday and we got 2 bottles of water daily.

The room is not like in the photos, the sink looks old and the mattress creaks. We couldn t sleep on the first night even if we were very tired, because it was a very strong and disturbing continuous noise. We went to the reception to complain about the problem and they told us that it s just the air conditioning from the other rooms. The noise stopped like half an hour during all of the 3 nights we stayed there. Didn t have a good sleep. Be careful about the slide at the pool. If you are not a child, there is a very big chance you ll get hurt cause there is a kind of step in the pool right at the ending of the slide (even though the slide is not designed for children only).

The atmosphere was incredible. The staff at reception were really kind and helpful. We were given a glass of juice on arrival which was a wonderful touch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was lovely and pool bar had food and drinks which were also great! Excellent location.. could walk everywhere!

We stayed in a duplex with one large double bed and one single bed. The large double bed was really comfortable however the single bed had a different matress that was the complete opposite. Extremely noisy at night. Located directly beside a party hostel which meant that we were kept up the majority of the night.

Spacious room with a simple and peaceful deco. There was an awesome pool with slides, they offer a nice beach kit with towels, slippers and umbrella. Balcony is spacious. The buffet breakfast was awesome. They serve a combination of different foods, it is almost like lunch buffet. They also have a live stall, with fresh omlettes and pancakes. All in all it was great experience.

The location is a bit inside, it is a long walk from the centre. You have to climb a few steps even with the lifts, can be tough if you have any disability. Otherwise, the room was perfect.

we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 13th to 15th feb, it’s bang in the middle of ao nang, the rooms were spotless as was the pool area, the food and drinks at the hotel bar were some of the cheapest we had seen which really surprised us as normally hotel bars charge a lot more, all in all it was a great little place to stay with very helpful staff, we needed a transfer up to krabi airport and reception guided us to a tour company just outside the main doors who only charged us 150baht per person, (£3.80 ish) which again was the cheapest we had seen, I would definitely return to this hotel

Nice hotel, well thought-out furniture placements and adequate amenities, fluffy pillows, quality linens, great towels, wifi need to reestablish login each time you leave property, same at another Aonang hotel we recently stayed, swimming pool, good breakfast, close to markets, restaurants, spas, everything you need for a great holiday, we stayed 5 nights. All staff was professional, helpful and friendly, especially front desk Ms. Nooun helped us book the 7 island sunset tour at affordable price. Recommend.

-location (10-20min walk to the shops area, "city center" and the pier), little shops around too, quiet -the room was spacious and we had towels to go to the beach too, 2 free bottles of water made each day -BREAKFAST was amazing, so much choice (salty mostly and Thai but you also have basics like eggs, bread, butter)...fruits, etc - we stayed 4 nights and wer super happy about our time there! Definitely recommend

- we had a little issue with toilets but got fixed very quickly - sewage odours in some days from the bathroom :/

The property is well located with a supermarket and restaurants down the road. The room is of a decent size with a balcony. The breakfast included is also adequate and the shower is hot and powerful. The staff are friendly and they also offer laundry pickup and drop off for a reasonable price which we were happy with. There is also a swimming pool with a water slide which we didn’t have time to use but it looked good.

as with most hotels I’ve visited in Thailand there aren’t enough plug sockets and the ones they have are poorly located. The air con is good and effective but noisy sometimes.
