The accommodation was phenomenal. It has everything you need when you are going to Ao Nang/Krabi for a few days. A gym to sport, a pool to dive in after a long day of shopping/going to the island and a nice bar next to it where you can play some biljart or darts with a cold beer. The location is for me perfect too. I saw some other reactions that the location of the hotel is about 15min walk to the restaurants etc. I don’t think it’s 15 min, maybe 10, but its a good walk and I don’t mind that. For the 10 minutes of walking you have a good sleep. Then the rooms. We slept on the second floor, next to the pool. The pool has a waterfall but don’t worry, they turn it off when you are going to sleep (9.00pm ish) The room is amazing too, the bed sleeps very comfortable with a nice pillow. The bathroom is also very good and clean with a rainshower. You are also able to lift up the protection screen from the window to watch your wife showering haha. The only thing that was annoying was that the doors to the balcony are not isolated or whatever. When some people are talking in the early morning, or late evening at the poolside, you can hear them talking. Also when the breakfast is served around 0700 am they turn on a very annoying musicsound which you can hear in the bedroom. Besides of my last point, it is a very good hotel for the price you’re paying and the staff is very helpful (they arrange a new taxi in the early morning when the first one didn’t show up). I can recommend this hotel to everyone which is staying in Ao Nang for a couple of days!

Not good isolated balcony doors (loud in the morning).

The staff are really friendly, especially with the children. We had a room with two double beds and it was lovely and modern, bathroom modern too with lovely rainfall shower. The only thing is there was a lack of storage for a family of four but we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is a bit repetitive with only the same cereal for ten days on offer and one choice of bread and the same basics. I know that sounds fussy but for ten days it would have been nice to have a change. It is a little walk to the beach so not on the doorstep but 100THB in a tuk tuk if you didn’t want to walk. The children’s playroom needs a refresh on toys as seems they’re all broken toys left behind.

The staff were really amazing, specially the waiter and waitresses they accommodated me and my friends very well. They were polite and attentive, one waiter even provided me a fan when he saw me sweating while playing pool. They went to the extra mile. Location was perfect and very accessible. Overall, it was worth the price.

1. Housekeeping could do better. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, unfortunately housekeeping only cleans late in the afternoon and by that time we were already back at the hotel, so they just took the trash and replaced the towels, but during the entirety of our stay only cleaned the room once when we complained at the front desk. 2. The bathroom has see-through glass with blinds that don't cover the whole thing, which was kinda disappointing because people in the room could see you when you sat down on the toilet. We had to switch off the bathroom lights just to have privacy while doing number two. 3. Breakfast buffet had limited choices, wasn't that great.

Really great location. Near Ao Nang Beach. Lot's of food stalls and outside of the hotel, you have lots of booth selling tour packages for snorkeling and island hopping. Staff's were great and I would really recommend booking in advance on an online platform as the rates were cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. Has a private parking at the back of the hotel. Overall, it's a great location

It's a little cramp for 4 pax room sharing as there is no place to walk without bumping into someone. The toilet had wooden blinds and if you seat at a certain angle, you can see someone doing their job in the toilet. Really not comfortable with this especially when you're travelling with a family of 4 and all of us being adults. Hotel was hard to find too at first as it was in an alley

Nice pool (although lying in between all the rooms). Breakfast was nice, can imagine some people would like to see more western options. Staff is great, helpfull and polite. Room was very clean and spacious.

Not enough room to store the clothes from your suitcase. We personally would prefer a more open pool with some view. Other than that, all was great.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We made good use of the pool and enjoyed the small Thai restaurants on the surrounding streets. The breakfast is good value with lots of variety.

The airconditioner in our room was absurdly loud. They tried to fix and offered us a new room but we opted to only use the fan at night. There was an occasional sewer smell from the bathroom. It is a bit of a walk to get to Ao Nang beach.

The property was good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was specious, tidy and with balcony.

The view from the balcony was not the best- on some random car park with bins etc. The location is not ideal - not many restaurants around. The closest shop is 10 minutes walking away. The swimming pool has limited time with sunlight - it didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay much on the pool , however something to consider if you are planning to spend more time on the pool and you want to catch some sun :) Breakfast- very good breakfast , but not much choice ( typical for Thai breakfast).

Glow was above my expectation. The staffs are amazing. My check-in was at 2 pm but I reached there early so Pia allowed me to check-in by 12 pm. I booked the superior room which did not have any view from the balcony so I requested Pia to give me a room with the pool view. She actually managed to do so without any extra charge. Even smoking was also allowed in the balcony. The pool was also great. It is a small hotel but with great facilities and amenities

The location was far from the main center location and it was very quiet and dark in the night time when we had to come back by walking.

Location is central and easy to access, ordering to the room was easy and hassle free, staff were accommodating and reasonable

WiFi is a bit spotty and signal is poor, selection of TV channels could have been better especially some English selection for the kids

Great pool and chill out areas. The room was spacious and clean. Location is good, however Ao Nang has been rather affected by COVID and it was quieter than we initially expected.

We were initially given room keys to another resident's room when we first arrived. When we informed the staff of their error, they made out like they were doing us a rather large favour by "upgrading" our room. Unfortunately the room we were given was noisy, we could hear people in the corridor, the toilet being flushed in the room above and the AC units were very loud.
