The service everywhere from every staff member is excellent and makes you feel welcome (White at the reception, and Jan at breakfast). Breakfast was pretty complete and tasty. It was our honeymoon and The Pin had our room beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and a bottle of wine all for free. The pool was excellent temperature and the room had everything we needed. Water is also included.

It was hard for us to decide at what time we wanted breakfast the next day, but they were very flexible with us when we were late and this is not a big deal at all. Didn't like that we had to leave!!!

Absolutely everything! The management down to the restaurant staff was pleasant, helpful, and thorough in meeting our needs. My travel partners and I were in good hands for the entirety of our stay. Whenever we needed something, we got it immediately. Our space was also spacious, clean, private, and nicely decorated. Also shoutout to Miss Pam who stayed up till late night to welcome us as we were checking in around 11 pm. It was a tough goodbye leaving this villa! We were given cute packages of sandwiches and fruit juice before leaving for the airport which was a very special touch by the staff.

The villa is so beautiful, cheap and super clean. The room we stayed in is as beautiful as shown in the picture🥰. They provide free shuttle to ao nang everyday which is so convenient! There are few motorbike shops near the villa and the nearest is around 100m walking distance available for rent. We stayed there for more than a night and they give us complimentary coconut of all the additional nights of our stay. They even gave us some sandwiches upon living the villa on our check out. The hospitality here is great and definitely would come again.

Highly recommend Pin Boutique for anyone visiting Krabi. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Location - quiet but still close enough to Ao Nang and Krabi Town Hotel itself - beautifull! Our room (the Villa) even had its own pool and bathtub! The rooms are well-designed and the toilet is so spacious. Wifi is available and very fast. Our TV had Netflix and Youtube! Everything is nice and clean and breakfast was delicious as well. Service - the BEST part of this hotel. Everyone we met was so helpful and nice, with classic Thai hospitality. The lady at the front desk helped us with everything from booking transport to providing us with brochures with things to do in Krabi. The manager even gave us a lift into Ao Nang one night! The rest of the staff are all so polite and attentive.

great location, impeccable staff (we had our honeyroom replaced with a villa due to the lack of hot water, which was a very pleasant surprise), the area is lovely, beautiful clean pool with comfortable sunbeds and towels. upon check in it was nice to get welcome drinks with delicious desserts. (they also brought them to us when relaxing at the pool). before going to bed you get sweets with a note - very nice. incredible place, the rooms are just WOW - everything is brand new, perfect cleanliness. The Breakfast is not great but you definitely won't leave hungry.

payment for a broken logo on the dispenser!! (appr. 250thb) These logos are ceramic, which is very fragile, and is not glued, but simply hangs on a thin loose string. I think it's crazy to pay for it. So Be careful when you take a bath / shower! I think they will charge at least 1000-1500 thb for a broken dispenser) but I still put 10 because everything else was perfect!

Absolutely beautiful villa, really clean, quiet and peaceful. You will definitely need a scooter to get around but this was the perfect location for us as we wanted some peace and quiet. The hotel manager was super friendly and accommodating. Would go back anytime!

Breakfast was a bit dry and the proportions were tiny but they'll always cook you more food if you just ask. The only thing missing was some chairs or somewhere to sit at your private pool.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I had a private pool room and it was simply amazing! Beyond the obviously beautiful hotel the staff are exceptional. I’ve never in all my life received such amazing service and they truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe as I was travelling alone. If you are in Krabi this hotel is a must and I simply can’t wait to go back!

breakfast was not good at all. the 2 staff didnt seem like they wanted to help and everytime we ordered it made us feel like it was an inconvenience to them. the food menu is very bad. we ordered food and was very bad, tough. it seems the food is frozen. better to eat out at much cheaper price and quality

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was worth the money. Receive refresment when arive was given coconut drinks as complimentary.Private pool was nice, the room is big and clean. Good breakfast.The staff is so helpful and nice .Thank you for the hospitality! Location is far from aonang beach but able to grab there. Really recomend

The resort was near Ao Nang beach which is a popular travel destination. I loved the pool villa. The private pool was big and the jacuzzi made it perfect. I took an extra bed, both beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Arrangements in the bathroom were amazing. I took their breakfast and it was super. Totally happy with the stay.
