Fantastic value for money, amazing location.

We came in the hottest month and the pool was a bit too warm. Our first room smelt but we were moved to another room which was a lot better.

Grounds around rooms are lovely with lots of greenery and plants. Rooms are nice but dated and dark. They could be greatly improved with a coat of white paint on the walls and painting all the black woodwork cream or white. Rooms are comfy and the shower was good. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Swimming pool was nice. We never had a problem finding a sun longer.

I liked the resort. I just didn't really like the area. Going right out of the hotel up the beach was not very nice. The main road up from the beach (which is to the right if facing the sea) is built up with ugly restaurants completely out of keeping with traditional thailand. The area doesn't have a nice look at all. If you turn left on the beach and walk that way, the beach is lovely. Very pretty and good for swimming.

Nice smaller hotel by the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere, peaceful and quiet in a good way. Room (family room) was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Trees and plants on the property give the feeling of privacy and nice shadow from the sun and heat. There was enough of sun beds at the beach and around the pool. Great massage at the beach. A lot of restaurants and shops near by.

Breakfast was very basic but also cheap, so I guess you get what you paid for. Pool was a bit dirty at times but it was because hotel guests didn't use the shower before swimming and all sun block and sand from the bodies ended up to the pool.

First of all, for Thailand nature lovers - Khao Lak area is where You want to be. No parties, no noise, very peacefull village. Baan Khaolak beach resort resembled just that. We loved the place, we loved the people and surroundings. Very nice that place is close to local restaurants and shops.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of sun beds even when site full Well appointed bungalows. Very welcoming at breakfast even when lots of guests arrive as breakfast closing.

Natural erosion to beach in front leaving sand bags exposed but you couldn’t see these from the resort looking out and rear of beautiful beach undamaged.

Nice resort with beautiful garden. Room and balcony was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast nice. Friendly staff. Beach is very nice and clean. Many shops and restaurants near.

The resort is beautiful and tropical, very clean and well maintained. The staff are always really friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast pretty good with lots of variety. .

Low Shower pressure😕. But other than than, there's absolutely nothing else.

Pretty nice resort and especially friendly staff. Directly located at a nice stretch of the beach. But more suitable for surfers or wave enjoyers. The breakfast had pretty much everything you could want.
