We definitely enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was a beautiful place so close to the rainforest, waking up, in the massive 2x2 bed, with the sound of the monkeys is something we don't forget. Also a big compliment to the staff. Everybody was so helpful and was always smiling. The location is perfect, alot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

There were some minor issues, there was a small leak from the ceiling. We are traveling with backpacks so it is nice to unpack your stuff. But there was not enough closet space for that. There is room for some shelfs in the corner what would make the room less like a mess then when you leave everything on the floor. The lightning could be less bright, when reading a book in bed you are almost blinded by the ceiling lights.

The rooms are clean and the staff is amazing! Smiling and ready to.go the extra mile for you. Really like the atmosphere. Would definitely stay again! Our guide for our day trip was really good and had a lot of knowledge. The park itself is nice. Would really recommend this place!

The breakfast was not good and we personally didn't like the day trip. We didn't like it because it was quite simple, long and slow. No challenges at all.. great for kids. We went on a 3 days 2 night jungle tour in Chiang Mai which was fairly easy but challenging. I wouldn't suggest the day trip to more experienced hikers.

Very caring and helpful staff who supported to book tours to the nearby national park (not more expensive than other tour offerings). The room (superior mountain view) was modern and without any insects etc inside (while close to the jungle).

There was no WiFi available at our bungalow. According to the hotel the signal does not reach the outer rooms. WiFi is available around the pool and reception area. Breakfast (not continental) was OK, but limited in choice. Coffee specialities were available to buy extra. Some outer parts of the hotel complex seemed to be construction sites / unfinished areas (but that did not really annoy us).

The rooms are spacey and comfortable. The tubing excursion was fantastic!

In the end we booked a organized travel to Koh Samui. Prize was 800 bath per person. What we did not know and wasn’t told that you have to pay 150 bath per luggage extra if it’s larger then 20inch. That made our journey way more expensive. If we knew that upfront we would have booked a private taxi for the same prize. By the way, this is the only negative thing I can come up with, for the rest we had a great stay!

Very comfortable apartment style private rooms overlooking the rainforest. Loved the fact that there were monkeys roaming freely around the property. It was very clean and the added element of robes to use topped it off. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The walkways were very hard to use as they were constantly covered in deep puddles which made getting around more difficult than it needed to be, even in dry weather. They could use a bit of levelling out.

such a good spot for the National park and also for the restaurants and bars in khao sok in general tours at the hotel reasonably priced and in line with what outside vendors offer you lots of wildlife around the room certain times of day which is fun to see - especially the dusky leaf family and the baby

biiiiiiiig hill to walk up for our room breakfast was great one day as they had a big coach load of people. was a bit rubbish the next day as less people so the food was cold.

Good location for the transfer to the Khao Sok national park tours. Breakfast is fine (rice, pancakes, fruit, vegetables and some toast with jam). River bungalow is great next to the river. Don't expect luxury but it's al clean and the view is awesome. The water slide into the river is fantastic. I recommend this resort for families!

On occassion a power outage when the rain was heavy. A lot of bugs but it's not the fault of the resort. Simply nature at work :)

Breakfast buffet was ok but the freshly cooked Thai food was excellent. Slightly more expensive than some of the nearby restaurants but both my wife & I thought it was much better & she’s a Thai Chef.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

I originally did not schedule with this place, but had a difficult situation that took place over a booking mishap. I stayed three nights at Koh Sok. All three different rooms. The last two nights were at the Rainforest. First night different location was the very good, final night was the best. Definitely will put this place on my list my next trip back. No doubt. Rainforest: Thank you all!

Clean and modern rooms with great views on the rainforrest, even had monkeys on the balkony. staff is really friendly (even gave us a lunch package when we had to leave before breakfast opened) and facility looks well maintained. 5min walk from entrance of the National park. Would definitely recommend.
