beautiful hotel with stunning gardens, not too many Mozzies and in a cute location with a real mix of OG Thailand (nice little beach restaurants) and the comfort of the Sarojin. Food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious, if not a little Westernised. service was absolutely outstanding throughout

everything was so great but it’s so expensive once you’re there. considering the cost of Thailand generally, everything around the hotel and the rooms, which are about right, the minibar should be included (knowing the cost price of a few Singha / cokes. the spa is so amazing, but double the price of what we pay at home for similar and when you consider the likely wages, feels almost obscene.

The quality of the breakfast and the beautiful surroundings (forests and beautiful beaches)

The concrete pavement in front of the room could be reworked (why not putting some plants or chairs ?) The prices of restaurants are too expensive compared regarding food quality. The pump noise (very low noise) of the main pool affects a little bit the quietness of the place.

Everything was perfect! The location was away from the mass hotels, often having entire beach to ourselves. Staffs are extremely helpful and attentive, they anticipate your needs before you even realise it. The place is a like a massive well maintained garden, very carefully designed and tendered. We had a private deep sea fishing trip with the Lady Sarojin speedboat, it was such a pleasant experience. A massive thank you to Jack and the rest of crew. Hotel also helped us to book two diving day trips, the organisation was splendid and hassle free. Btw, we just dived in Phuket side afterwards, the diving conditions were far less great as Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. There were too many boats and coral damage on the Phuket side. The beach, oh my! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The sand is much more fine comparing to Krabi and Phuket areas, and it was miles and miles long. You can also find cheap eat and local massage on the beach too. It was like a heaven. Thanks so much for providing us such a memorable journey, we’d certainly recommend it and would love to come back again.

The noise isolation can be done better in the room, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Fantastic large rooms with freestanding bathtub. Well maintained garden area. Fabulous breakfast. Direct access to the beach. Really nice beach restaurant. Hotel is quiet and it was great for just relaxing and eating good food. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in during our travels through Thailand.

It’s not walking distance to town and they don’t offer free shuttle services which is a bit surprising for a hotel this caliber. The taxi service that’s offered is extortionate. They also offer a few day trips which sound nice but are incredibly expensive considering you can book similar tours via external vendors for a fraction of the price.

The rooms, the excellent breakfast! (And dinner). The spa & Pool are wonderful! And the beach is one of the most beautiful we've seen in Thailand...

Upsales & not includeding the tax and service in the total prices. Most of the staff don't know English well enough to help us and it was hard to communicate when we needed an advice.

The resort is beautiful - a mix of nature and luxury. Our villa was so spacious with a well thought out design. The facilities were fantastic, we were really able to make our villa feel like home. The staff were all a pleasure, welcoming and friendly. Make up and turn down services were executed efficiently and to a great level of detail. The resort puts great effort in providing environmentally friendly extras, such as reusable personalised water bottles and organic mosquito repellant. They really do think of everything. Food - the food was INCREDIBLE. The best food we had during our entire Asia trip, so full of flavour and not watered down bland versions. The spa services were amazing, the actual facilities are beautifully decorated with a very serene vibe, and the services carried out were just as good. It The public pool was fantastic, clean and a great temperature with plenty of space to lounge and proactive staff providing drinks and food.

There was only one negative - one of the restaurants was closed during our stay, so we only had access to one of the restaurants during our time. (Also - not the resort’s fault at all, so not a negative on them, but it rained for almost our entire stay, which put a little downer on the trip - just a tip to check the forecast before booking)

Everything!! I've travelled a lot but this was the best hotel I've been to so far. Extremely kind and friendly staff.. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights but if we knew its going to be like a little piece of heaven on earth, we would have definitely stayed longer. We stayed at the jacuzzi suite and it was like a 7 star. We fell in love with it! The all day breakfast option was great too. Food was so tasty. Staff were so kind. We also got to use the paddle boat when the weather allowed. Even the guy at the beach was so nice and friendly. He kept bringing us cold water to drink whenever we would go to sit there. We went cycling too which was so much fun as to get to see just greenery around you. The massage and scrub at the spa was great but the ambiance of the spa was even better. Which reminds me, the amenities I'm the room were top notch too. Their lotions even smelled out of this world and were am natural. Their whole policy around the hotel was environment friendly. They had even decorated my bed for my 40th birthday and sent complimentary cake. The indoor and outdoor showers were both great. They gave us personalised bottles as keepsakes too. Thank you guys so much for making our trip memorable.

I think just the temporary construction work noise near the pool was disturbing but it's such a beautiful place that you can over look it. Honestly, we didn't want to leave and my 15 year old son keeps comparing the other hotels we stayed in after to this place and misses Sarojin to bits.

Small, child-free and quite private. Very friendly staff throughout the property. The pool room we had was well appointed and nicely secluded. Out pool and lounging area was not overlooked at all. Main pool was also good with plenty of sun loungers although not crowded with them. Food at both restaurants was to a very high standard - the inclusive breakfast is very good and frankly big enough to keep you going almost all day.

Very little of note. The bathroom is very “open plan” - not a terrible thing but may take getting used to! The only weird thing is the toilet is also slightly open; the cubicle has a door but no back wall. Just a bit odd. A minor observation.
