The resort is amazing such a great place to relax & the weather was perfect. The staff were so friendly & helpful & are a great asset to the company.

I was surprised to find an Indian gambling organisation was allowed to set up a display in the resorts lobby! There was also a private party for there guests for which we were asked (politely) to move to another area of the beach.

Smoking was allowed on the grounds which was unpleasant . Generally Good food but poor vegetarian options . The buffet breakfast was extensive but many of the hot dishes included pork so disappointing for a vegetarian. There were Indian style options , some meat “alternative “ dishes and pasta but no vegetarian Thai dishes . We ate dinner at the little restaurant south of the hotel which had an extensive menu of vegetarian Thai food .

The kid’s facilities were not available for half of the stay and no notice was given prior to our arrival it took quite a lot of discussion for them to realize that the photos of this were part of the reason we booked there and for them to compensate us

perfect breakfast, nice territory, great beach and swimming pool near it, clean and new rooms, a lot of entertainment (Thai boxing, climbing, bike tour, yoga etc)

on the first day it was a private event from outside there were a lot of jellyfish in the sea which sting

Everything. The hotel facilities are amazing and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gentleman who takes care of gardens and animals are so nice. He always greets us with smile and even took my nephew to see fish and fed them. Forgot to take his name but hats off to him for making our days more special.

Clean, nice staff, great beach, good food.

Out of the 4 nights we stayed 4 were in a room was was very spacious and nice however was next to the stair exit and all day and night long there was a slamming noise. Only after we've complained for the 4th time (after the 3rd night, and we were with kids...) I was told it is a known issue and compenstaited in the form of a room upgrade.

its a beautiful new resort with a lot of green and walkways with beautiful gardens. looks like they grow their own spices and also have some chickens running around in there as well. the kids club is exceptionally good with loads of playstuff and a great staff that enjoys playing with the kids. beautuful sports amenities and the food is also very nice. the pools are great and theres a fun pool with water stuff for kids. but also a more quiter pool for normal swimming. the beach side is fantastic with natural shade from the trees. more than enough beach chairs. bangsak beach area is very nice with some small restaurants on the beach too if you dont want to spend too much on the food at the hotel.

somewhat on the more expensive side but you get a lot of quality and service in return

it’s not easy to get to kids club with a baby stroller. if you want a clean room, need to ask about it..

great facilities and beautiful grounds and beach. really great for kids and the staff put loads of effort into games etc. to celebrate the Thai New Year.

limited eating options and about a 15 min cab ride to the centre of Khao Lak. They didn’t clean the room until late afternoons sometimes despite booking in a time with housekeeping. Also lots of things on the bill that were supposed to be included plus some random laundry charges that weren’t ours.

Everything was perfect..loved the room and the pools. Food was excellent too.
