The Setup of the Ressort is very good, not too long ways. Everything is there in good quality. If you ve not booked full board - no worries there are 3 beach restaurants around. Staff is very friendly. Beach is too. Book it for a few days.

The Ressort is at least 20 years old, still Ok and clean, but you feel it. Beach Towels, Beach Benches are not in best condition. Watch out - End of March it is already very hot, so sea & pool & shower temperature are like outside temperature 🤒 . In comparison to other close Ressorts (Outrigger, Gran M.) I think it is a bit too expensive; it is not a real Robinson Ressort like in other countries.

Robinson Kao Lak is a wonderful place for your holidays, great location, very nice quiet beach, the food is excellent so is the staff who are doing their best to satisfy the needs of guests from all over the world great activity program including high quality yoga classes right on the beach on a open air platform after an early evening swim in the ocean I enjoyed the beautiful Sauna area which gives an impression of a bath in the rain forest I hope to be back soon ;) thank you all for a great holiday !

Fabulous hotel in great location . Excellent staff and fabulous food

Hotel booking offered free transportation to hotel from airport which was part of the reason we booked with booking.com . When we tried to organise this we were told this was not included in our booking despite it clearly saying it was on site and informed by customer services . This was very disappointing and misleading band still not been resolved . The taxi cost us over £60 each way which the hotel organised for us very efficiently but I still believe should have been included for the journey from airport on arrival as advertised.

This resort is 5 star... there is nothing to want, everything is there. Staff are incredible and absolutely do everything to make you feel relaxed and pampered to. Every room is immaculate, the facilities 5 star, entertainment 5 stars, food 5 stars. There is nothing to want at this resort , it has it all.. We spent 10 nights in beachfront villa , and 2 in a standard double room. Of course the beachfront villa with private pool was mindblowingly eye candy and so luxurious,.. The standard double room was just as amazing for different reasons. Doesnt matter where you are in this resort , it is magucal. Of everywhere l have ever stayed in my life Robinson Khao Lak is hands down 100% THE MOST Beautiful, INCREDIBLE resort l have ever, and probably will ever have the pleasure of staying at.. Thank you so very much much Robinson Khao Lak for making our holiday UNFORGETTABLE in every wonderful way, we LOVED OUR TIME WITH YOU.

There is NOTHING to not love about rhis reosrt

Great breakfast, lot of fresh fruits and great smoothies. Fabulous gardens with a very nice "jungle" atmosphere, well maintained buildings, got 2 renovated double "standard" rooms (not fully "new" but very comfortable and great view on the quiet swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical trees). We took the half board option after 1 day and it was for us the best choice: in the evening, fantastic qualitative food served by very nice staff. The 7-8pm happy hour was also a great opportunity to enjoy nice cocktails at very reasonable prices with a stunning swimming pool view. Nice archery free course with good teacher! Given some previous bad guests reviews before my arrival, I was scared that I picked up the wrong hotel for my family: lot of unfair bad comments and I did not feel to be treated as a second zone guest even without a full board or a beach bungalow. I'm definitely recommending this hotel.

Maybe a little minor improvement: we got one day a "DJ party during the afternoon" organized at the main swimming pool which was rather annoying as it was so loud in the all hotel areas even at the "quiet" swimming pool. Given the limited success of the event, rather to delete it. But this won't change my overall very positive review of the hotel.

Loved the easy going pace of the resort. It was full but you never would've known. Your day could be filled with endless activities or you could simply lounge by the beach or choose from one of the many many pools. The location is divine and you feel like you're in a beautiful movie. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and are happy to help out at all times. Khao Lak is a beautiful safe place for a single woman to travel quite easily. I cannot wait to go back to Khao Lak and especially Robinson. Kudos to the GM Adam and his team. Nothing at all.

Older hotel in a quiet location with an amazing beach. Older, adequate room equipment. All functional. Cleaned every day including changing towels. Nice dining room with a large selection of dishes. Nice pools in beautiful gardens. Nice clean beach. There are two restaurants nearby. The ratio of quality and price is nothing to complain about.

Some rooms could use renovation. Communication with some staff was difficult

Staffs are very nice. This is my first time travelling to Kao Lak and this place made me feel like the real retreatment. The environment is good. It' s very nice to bring your family to stay there.

I went to the wrong season. It's storm and rained all day for the first day I arrived . due to the rain season the room is dank and it's the air-conditioned always stop working at the middle of the night.

A little piece of heaven, beautiful tropical grounds , long sandy beach, delightful food, lovely staff…

All lovely… would be great to have more beach parties & attract more singletons as well.
