Great hotel with fabulous staff. Swim up pool room is the way to go. We will be back.

The block we started in next to a chicken farm where the rooster crows at 5am. Room change easily arranged but it was low season.

The poolside rooms were amazing and the nearby area had so many restaurant options and places to drink at night (but that were not close enough to the hotel grounds you could hear any noise at all)

as a lactose intolerance person, some milk alternatives at breakfast would be ideal. However, when I made a special request for pancakes made dairy free at breakfast the staff kindly made me some which was so lovely and tasted great!

The pools , room and breakfast was all very good . Staff were great.

Some regular maintenance required around the place. Some of the pool outlet baskets needed cleaning out. The round shade structure in the main pool , the posts are rusted through and require repair.

The resort itself is located perfectly for a quiet getaway in Thailand, quiet in the low season which we experienced but understandable given the time of year. We managed to get a free room upgrade which was a bonus and it was a lovely break from travelling.

The bug situation is a problem, we had to move rooms half way through the stay due to a big ant infestation but even moving rooms you still get ants. We understood it being located in the middle of a national park but feel they could do more to prevent the ants getting in the room. Also the bugs in the pool is a problem, they could clean and maintain the pools better as some were full of bugs all the time. Breakfast isn’t great as it is poor food quality.

This is my 2nd time stayed in this hotel with my family. My family love pool access room here, room is very spacious even with an extra bed set up. Staff are friendly and attentive to our request. They go beyond extra service when my family ask for some dish/drink which is not in the menu. I personally love the bed and pillow here, it is so comfortable and the bed is very big. The food is yummy, they love to eat in the hotel.

Water in the pool, where my room can access to, is not so clear compared to the main pool but it's still looks clean though.

Pools were great. Staff were pleasant. Close to lots of bars and restaurants

With so many different areas it would be nice if families could be seperate from couples

Good location, close to ocean and many cafes, restaurants and shops. Rooms big, pool was nice and warm, also huge. Very polite, nice and in general helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had good selection.

Room that we stayed in could use a renovation. Furniture was quite old, chipped wall paint, some ants. The other room we had booked for a family member had non-working mini fridge. However, I understand that its right after pandemic and the resources might be lacking. Still, room rates are charged like for 4* hotel, so you have certain expectations. No air conditioned room for breakfast and also only 2 coffee machines, so there was always a queue. Another entrance in the back would be nice to have, otherwise you need to go through the whole resort to exit and then walk all the way back down the street.

We liked everything about this hotel . It was fabulous. The breakfasts were exceptional, they catered for all tastes and had so much choice. The gardens were well kept and maintained daily. The cleaning staff always left the room lovely with the towels folded like animals and they are very polite. All the staff smiled when we saw them and were very wrcoming. We had a balcony room with steps down to our pool. The balcony was large enough for sunbeds. The pools were shared by just a few apartments . The room and bathroom were large with good starage. Fabulous place

Nothing everything was lovely. It may not be on the beach but in a great position to the beach and restaurants.

Nice hotel complex, really central so great for amenities but not noisy. The staff were really helpful and the room was in a good location on the complex. The pool is beautiful and we had no issue getting a sun lounger. Breakfast was nice and there was generally a good, if slightly unusual, selection of dishes. Good prices for lunch and drinks in the bar, comparable to outside the hotel. Massages available by the pool for a very reasonable price too.

The room and some of the buildings look a bit dated and in need of sprucing up. Terrible pillows, although this is obviously a personal thing so others may disagree. The restaurant offers limited Thai food, much more western food, which was a shame although it’s a stones throw to get to many other Thai restaurants.
