The room we had was a good size and very comfortable, with a big balcony that you could sit out on and relax. The buffet breakfast had a good range of Thai and Western food. The hotel restaurant is very nice, situated at the side of a river and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed eating there. The hotel is back from the main road so no traffic noise.

The property is beautiful. Very tropical . It is close to a lot of shopping. They had tour options that worked well for us. The staff was excellent. I could have not asked for better! This property is ideal because it is 15 minutes from the airport, and they have shuttle service for a very affordable price.

The mattress in our room was worn out. I had major back pain every night, and did not get much sleep. Pain reliever was no help. They need to replace the mattresses. My partner had the same issues with his back.

We ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was very good. It was an English Breakfast we ordered.The hotel is about 10-15min away from the airport and we have booked the shuttle bus for 200 THB which is a good price. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the staff members are all very proffessional and go the extra mile for their customers. I had a problem with the aircon which has been fixed immediatly. The pool is very refreshing. It is quite and very romantic at the river. If you want to go outside on the mainroad you will find after 10min walk a shopping center and also streetfood. The beds are comfy and the room clean and big.

Adequate size, comfort, layout. Sweet location by the river--amazing to see the locals go by via small. wooden boats, the fish nets, the sunrise... Perfect way to start our trip to Thailand.

The refrigerator jutted out too far. It was unsightly. Breakfast selection was just enough but could have been better with more variety of local hot foods and fresh fruits. For the same price, we got so much more at Siri Poshtel and Blue Lagoon. Additionally, the supervisor at the breakfast-dining room seemed oddly unpleasant, as if she was watching every move. It was an uncomfortable dining experience. Only had that vibe in one other lodging, Golden Lotus Hotel in Hanoi. Let the guests eat peacefully without feeling like they are being watched or policed.

Ideal to chill out after a long flight.

Very big and clean room and for an extra charge of 600 Baht, we enjoyed early check-in at 8 am. Close to the airport (only 15 minutes) and some local restaurants nearby to eat. Overall, a pleasant and wonderful stay.

On check-in, we got told that we can also enjoy late check-out at 2 pm, but the next day this decision was reversed by the reception. Please do not confuse guest with those kind of mixed messages. This was the only minor issue.

Excellent place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location on the river. The bed was so comfy, just what I needed after a long haul flight. Loved the balcony to sit and watch the planes from. Food was very good. Breakfast was more Thai than western but it was tasty. It may take you longer to get from the airport to the hotel as it’s on the other side of the road so you have to go past the hotel to do a u-turn. Getting from hotel to airport was literally 10 mins!! Good place to stay to be near the airport.

It is clean! The staff is so polite and kind! After a long couple days of traveling, I arrived, called the hotel shuttle to pick me up, got into my clean and big room. I went for dinner at the hotel restaurant, so tasty and kind service! I got a Thai massage, the best I have ever had. It is cozy, safe, clean, and just wonderful. It is only a 40 minute taxi to the city center, so you can pop over for 300-400 baht and explore while staying close to the airport. Also within a ten minute walk is a 7-11, a mall, an outdoor market with lots of food to try, a grocery store, Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. Also they have room service!! Which is a pleasant touch! And every day I come back to a clean room with clean towels, more TP, and stocked mini fridge. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Pool was nice but had a strong chlorine smell. Room had a comfortable bed . housekeeping good

sometimes bathroom at unpleasant odour No usb outlets. Mirror needed cleaning. Food at restaurant needs to improve. Thai spicy fruit salad way too spicy. The pizza is not good . It's okay for one or two meals but I ended up going elsewhere for dinner. Ants getting onto eating table and trying to get onto food

Lovely place. We stayed 1 night as it was close to the airport. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable with no outside noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. As we were leaving really early and had paid for breakfast they gave us a breakfast bag to take to the airport with us. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and that was very nice and not too expensive. Would definitely stay there again. Value for money.

Great air conditioning in room, but it was a bit noisy at night.
