location not far from great street food. Close to airport via a 50THB taxi ride (at 5am). Good parking out back.

Restaurant food expensive hence we never ate there. The shuttle price to airport was 170THB so obviously took a taxi.

The hotel can be easily and quickly (10-15 minutes) reached by taxi (150 Baht/one way), which is an important point after a long, tiring flight or before an early departure. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus (200 Baht for 1-2 people) to and from the airport. The shuttle bus meeting point is between exits/gates Nos. 3 and 4 on the 2nd (arrival) floor, among many other hotels. But don't be afraid! There are nice young ladies behind the barrier who will help you and contact the hotel. The shuttle will be at the gate in 10-15 minutes. The room and services (like free coffee in the room) were good. If you have an early flight, the hotel will provide you with a breakfast box. Breakfast is included in the price and the main course can be chosen from 4 options.

I do not remember any annoyance.

The room's AC uses the low greenhouse gas warming potential refrigerant R32! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is 7/11 convenience store close by. The room cost is quite reasonable.

It can take 3 minutes to cross the busy street in front due to the long wait times for the walk lights on the traffic signal. A ninety second wait to cross half way and another ninety second wait to cross the second lane. The taxi to the Suvarnabhumi departure lane was 80 baht while the hotels shuttle costs 170 baht.

Room was huge. Very clean. Very quiet. Will stay again.

One of the staff tried to rip us off and make us pay twice (and at a higher rate) for airport transport.

Hassle-free hotel. Staff rushed to help with bags at the taxi and up to our room. Welcome drink on arrival. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom and shower were nice. AC was cold. Good for flight the next morning, Grabs were aplenty. No complaints.

Shuttle was 170 baht pp, i.e. pretty steep. A grab or local taxi is far cheaper for 2 of more people. Lack of sound-proofing in rooms is a real issue in every Thai hotel, it seems. Loud guests could clearly be heard from our room through the bedroom door, but there isn't much that can be done about it.

The location is very near to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The room is so spacious and very clean. We had a good sleep. The Hotel has near seven-eleven and has a market. The staff was very helpful (Receptionist and security guard). We came to the hotel very early, still sleepy and tired from a very long journey. So, we need to wait for 5 hours in the lobby. While sitting, the staff came to us and offer us early check-in. 🙏 I'm touched by the initiative. Thank you.

HUGE rooms. Nice bathrooms and very close to the airport which was perfect for me travelling with my 1 year old. Staff were great. Breakfast was basic but did the trick.

The fact that you have a balcony but can't really use it. I specifically booked here because of being a smoker and wanting use of the balcony. When my baby sleeps, that's my time to unwind and have a smoke but wasn't allowed. That would be the only thing that would stop me from booking here again unfortunately. If you are a non smoker, this is ideal for you 😊

I truly enjoy my stay with Golden Jade. It was beyond my expectation. It felt very much like home. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was no wait to check in or out. Everything was so smooth. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The airport shuttle doesn't cost much, and they even help you with the bags. The location was only a minute walk from the local market, 7/11, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again for sure.

Close to airport. Shuttle service good,but not free. Location on busy road, but lots nearby if you can find a place to cross. Crossing place by underpass left of entrance on exit gets you to food market,shops, lots of choice. Shopping malls in other direction not too far away. Calm interesting temple a short walk too. Staff very helpful at reception and elsewhere. Comfortable room, good Wi-Fi, good shower. Will stay again

The hotel is very near to Suvarnabhumi Airport that is a buig Plus if you need to stay near the airport with easy road access with not much of the traffic problem. Opposite the hotel there are street foods convenience shops etc It is Value for Money.

The hotel could upgrade some room and charge up to 10-20 % more for guests who prefer more upgraded rooms.
