They picked me up from the airport, even sending pics in advance so i knew exact where to go. Punctual, courteous, efficient. Room was spacious, air conditioned, with 2 bottles of water and pot noodles available. Very clean I ate at the restaurant (150-200 bhat per person) downstairs, tasty food and good service. Drinks in a fridge were available, and i bought water to take back to the room. Noon checkout time appreciated, and the taxi back to the airport was quick to arrange. 160 bhat including a tip to the driver.

Unsecured wifi, and using a vpn slowed things down quite a lot.

This hotel is a great value and a very convenient stay when waiting to fly out from BKK in the morning. We scheduled their shuttle which was a small additional charge of 100 Baht each. It left punctually and got us quickly to the airport which is less than 10 min away. We spent the evening walking in the area where there is a nightly market at a small area mall. there were plenty of dining options in the area including a restaurant at the hotel. There is also a small store to purchase some snacks and drinks. The pool area is very nice and clean and there is a small fitness room which will do in a pinch. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. This is a great find and very good value for an airport hotel stop.

Very helpful and kind staff. Water and noodles provided in the room were appreciated. Easy to get to from the airport. Short taxi ride to the train to get downtown. Easy to get taxis and airport shuttle from the hotel.

Far from downtown and it takes a long time to get downtown due to Bangkok traffic. We used the train/metro.

Everything worked well, staff kind and helpful, room nice and clean and the restaurant had a good selection if food, which was also very tasty.

The windows in the room face straight to the other rooms in the opposite building, which compromised the privacy a bit and the curtains had to be kept shut most of the time.

I am booking this hotel already for many years. This time I stayed 3 night's there. The stuff is so friendly and helpful. Everybody is smiling all the time. The room, e303, had been very clean. The air condition worked very good and quiet. There is a very small shop, directly situated at the entrance of the hotel. U can buy water, beer, snacks and other things. 7/11 you will find 100 m around, also Amazon and thai market.

In the "small kitchen" there are only 2 cups for coffee. A small set of two plates and cutlery would be helpful for a complete stay.

Close to airport and surprisingly quiet. Good value for money if in need of a place for a stop over.

Continental breakfast was not all that amazing.

Perfect location for a stopover near the airport. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Restaurant on site was excellent.

This hotel was ideal for us for a couple of nights at the start and end of our visit to Thailand, as we wanted to stay near the airport and not go into central Bangkok. The hotel was very welcoming, the rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The on site café was great, we didn't need to go anywhere else to eat. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The pool was a bit cold and therefore uninviting, which was a shame as we originally chose the hotel because it had a pool.

I had AGAIN selected this hotel---after already participating in the test-and-go program of the Thai Government which was applicable in February 2022, when I arrived from Frankfurt---but this time coming from Khon Kaen, and in preparation for an international flight from BKK to FRA. As usual, my pre-arrival correspondence with hotel staff was courteous and effective, advising them of the Thai Smiles flight I had chosen to arrive at BKK. I transferred to the Hotel paying the agreed-upon modest fee of THB200, and was assigned a wonderful and spacious Suite, with a balcony and a nice view toward the main road at Lat Krabang. I booked this hotel to rest for a planned period of 8 hours---which was shortened to 7 hours, due to a delayed Thai Smiles flight between KKC and BKK---and in preparation for my international flight at MIDNIGHT. The staff was wonderful and I transferred back to the airport about 3 hours prior to my scheduled departure--for the modest fee of THB 200---in order to avoid long lines at the counter when dropping off my suitcase. I can whole-heartedly recommend this hotel which is close to the main road, so you can walk to little shops/restaurants, but without being exposed to any road noise from the nearby main street.

The staff was really nice and were taking care of everything important. I was staying there for my first night with the test&go scheme. Everything was nicely organized, also already before the trip, e.g. the hotel confirmation (which is needed for the thaipass) reached me very quickly, the same day after booking, and getting the PCR test was very organized directly after picking us up from the airport. Service is exceptional! Food could be ordered to the room, the food is really good! Atmosphere is really enjoyable, and it's very close to the airport, but still quiet! Everything was perfect!
