Having seen some bad reviews, I quickly checked at reception on arriving, that the taxi had dropped us at the correct Hotel! Why are there so many unfair reviews listed for this place? Whilst it's not a Marriott, it's still very comfortable and great value for money with big airy bedroom, very large comfortable beds, a great swimming poo/jacuzzi and a decent buffet breakfast! They extended our check out time from midday to 3 pm for just £9.00 and were also happy to exchange just 1US$ for my wife. Only 10 minutes away from the main airport and they offer a free shuttle service too. Great for anyone needing an overnight stay for the airport.

Always use this hotel as a stop off when arriving and departing ffrom Thailand.

Nothing to dislike for the price. This is just a stop off with a realxing pool and catering services.

I like how close was to the airport, the shuttle service included from and to the airport, the swimming pool and additional services like Thai massage.

The furniture was old at the room. Our room should have swimming pool view; however, the swimming pool close to our room was not in use. We had to walk to the first building to use another swimming pool. I felt that because of the "Booking discount" we got an old room...

Our flight to Suvarnabhumi was scheduled to land at 10.05 pm and our domestic flight was taking off at 7.05 am the next morning. True, Covid restrictions have been lifted but we did not want to tempt fate by hanging around the airport for 9 long hours. This is where BS Residence Suvarnabhumi came to the rescue. The hotel was minutes away from the airport but best of all they offer free transfers to and from the airport. We just had to go the transport waiting area, identify ourselves to the hotel liaison officer and she would call the driver to pick us up. In reality, the hotel rightfully emphasises more on getting their guests to arrive in time for their flight departures and we had to wait for quite some time before we could be driven to the hotel. From pick up to check in to early 3.00 am wake up call I can’t say I had much time to enjoy the hotel’s many facilities. However the hotel was scrupulously clean and the check in was fast. The front desk staff had also thoughtfully assigned us a room facing the lift as we had planned to check out so early. There was supposed to be a night market in the vicinity but it had closed by the time we arrived and we were too tired to check out the nearby 7-11 store. BS Residence Suvarnabhumi presented us with a good alternative to either sleeping at the airport or paying outrageous prices for a night at the airport hotels/capsules.

Perhaps a shorter pick up time from the airport?

This hotel offers both outbound and inbound airport transfer. There is someone around the exit gate 4, who will direct you to take the bus to the hotel. Going back you need to choose the once an hour bus transfer back to the airport. This went well. The drive to/from the airport takes less than 10 Minutes. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. Could pay with my chinese credit card just with signature. Room is clean and the aircon was working. Would use the place again for a lay-over at BKK airport.

The room I got was adequate with the bed too hard for my taste. The breakfast experience was not so good.

We appreciated the way they managed for our transfer from Airport and to airport. It was so nice and comfortable.

Wifi was sucked, it was too poor and could not reach to the room we stayed. We had no working wifi the whole time, and we ended up using our mobile hotspot.

Very good experience! The room is clean. The shuttle bus services works very well! When I arrive the airport and I called the phone number, the reception asked me directly went to the 2nd floor, between gates 3 and 4. The staff of the hotel waited there. nothing need to worry about. Perfect!you can book shuttle bus service when I checked in. The place is quite and convenient. 7-11and market are nearby. Everyone I met were friendly. The water is free as well! Perfect!

The bathroom is very clean, but smells sometimes a bit different not good. The smelly flavour was very slight and lasts for one or two minutes.

Location is great: close from the airport (free shuttle included) and a few step from a small night market that is great for a first contact with thai street food after stepping out the plane. I come to BS residence (now Grand BS) for a couple of years. They made a very big effort during the 2 covid years to reach another level. Perfect place for a couple of nights between 2 planes !

Bed is a bit hard ... Like every where in Thailand !

Location close with airport and also have free transit to Suvarnabhumi airport every 30 minutes . Staff are very nice and friendly

Hotel didn’t had scale for service customers. I think very important for customers who is try manage suitcases weight to be perfect with limit of airline .

We use BS Residence frequently and have ALWAYS had a lovely stay. It’s ideally placed for local food markets, shopping mall and the most amazing ’20 baht’ type emporium adjacent to the smaller food market. Outstanding!

Extend the sun cover from BS Residence to the main road would be great.
