good location for the purpose of our visit to Thailand. helpful stuff and co-operative too

The check in is 2pm as per the hotel policy. for someone had been flying for 6 hours and arrives at the property early in the morning can’t wait t 2 pm to check in. and there’s charges for checking in before the property schedule . so I hope the management will review this soon.

First of all my friend and myself were given a room facing construction on the 3rd floor and we were not even able to open the window secondly I was wrongly accused of putting some un removable stains on the bed. Sheets when it was only make up and I showed how removable it was to the house keeper by washing them . They left those bed sheets in my bedroom for my whole stay . I complained about that to the reception but no change

LOCATION NEXT TO THE HOSPITAL IN WALKING DISTANCE AND TO VISIT THE PATIENTS AS WELL AS MEDICAL CHECK UP. TILL LATE

NO LAUNDRY BAG IN THE ROOM. NOT ENOUGH LIGHT

Nice modern and spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and fitness center. Good location as well, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and malls.

We woke up early every day because some neighbor had an alarm set for very early that rang for minutes without stopping. So this means the room could use better sound isolation. This ruined our sleep.

The room was ok. Breakfast was good too. We choose this because of its location, close to Hospital B. It worked well. But to travel, this is not your hotel for tourism.

Difficult street, Grab or any taxi wants to go there. Difficult to walk to the BTS station, a little far. and noisy on the outside.

The hotel was so clean. The staff here were very friendly and helped me every time I asked for assistance. The trip was for medical treatment and the hotel's location was very convenient for the hospital ( about 2 minutes walk )

There wasn't enough variety in the breakfast buffet, but it was delicious tho. I hope they can add more variety and dishes to the menu.

Not bad but not much choice. But we kindly understand that not much guest in hotel that why. Bed very comfortable. I have problems with sleeping with many hotel. But here in your hotel it is great. I like your bed.

Only one thing. While we have breakfast. The restaurant is connect to the other road and people who want to walk to other road they use this way. Pass by to the restaurant to another road. Some time it’s weird that we eating and They walk there and look at us. Better hotel have to control this. At lease close the way when you open restaurant.

Very convenient location for the things I wanted to do. Less than 5min walk to Bumrungrad Hospital. Restaurant serves tasty food and the breakfast bar is excellent. Everything was fresh. Bed was firm & comfortable. Fitness center was also great! Staff extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff were excellent. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Location was excellent, next to Bumrungrad Hospital, close to Sukhumvit Road and Sky Rail.
