Everything was good with the hotel apart from the breakfast. Apart from that the stay was amazing, it was clean, wifi was great, staff were helpful. It was a pleasant experience. The location is great as well specially for people going to Bamrungrad. In addition to that, there were lots of choices to hve halal food outside - Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani and Middle eastern food available within walking distance.

Given it is a 4 star hotel, the breakfast should have more options and also should have slight changes everyday. This is also maybe due to the fact that the restaurant space is less, but maybe there could be more variety in the food.

The Furama brand is mid-scale (by American & European standards). The hotel is clean, bright, well air-conditioned nice size rooms, has a decent dining area for breakfast & lunch, has a great friendly, helpful staff. It is a few blocks walk to the main Sukhumvit Road, the local BTS SkyTrain, and commercial shops.

I paid for a premium room, which was spacious, had a kitchenette, and small sofa. Oddly, the room did not have sufficient drawers for clothing; only 2 small drawers in the closet.

Big room, friendly staff, close to Bumrungrad. Nice food when eating from the menu. Effective kitchenette with good size fridge and microwave.

Breakfast choices were limited. Would have liked more furniture in the spacious room to make it more cozy.

the location was convinient as we wanted to go to Bumrungrad hospital and they are really close to Nana square and all nightlife

the staffs. i would say rude..all our stay in BKK we have met very very friendly hotel staff. hence our expectation was the same but here, they dont greet, dont smile, dont help…except the senior bellboy the rest is just aweful oh and dont bother to take the massage downstair..the same rude

some of the gym equipment didn’t work or was dangerous & pool very small and more for dipping rather than swimming since one cannot even complete one lap in it due to size.

Sloppy entrance stair case, but they have a lift. All windows were locked, its better sometimes to allow fresh air for some time.

The gym equipment is faulty and a little dangerous, and the swimming pool is a little too small for anybody who wants to actually swim in it, but I enjoyed both nonetheless. I’m not sure if the sauna was working properly either. I raised the thermostat, but it didn’t seem to work.

Room was big with all required amenities specially big fridge, micro woven, utensils etc which was very useful for us specially to have Sehri during Ramadan time. Location was excellent for us as we are there for treatment and hospital was just 1 minute walking distance.

Staffs are ok but could have been better.

a bit worn out doors ,, tone of black and red mixture decoration and the odor of the room deodorant spray.

The room was so big I couldn't even believe it! the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were super helpful and nice. The location was also very convenient, right in the center.

The pool was smaller than expected and it didn't get a lot of sun because of its location so it was chillier than I thought.
