Help with travel access - I cut my stay short by a day because I was stressed by the lack of taxi availability in the area. It was hugely inconvenient and stressful. As a woman travelling alone in a very busy and unfamiliar city, this experience was very unsettling. My booking with Booking.com highlighted I had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, but when trying to arrange with the hotel I was advised that the service was no longer available. Each day I struggled to locate taxis to collect me from the hotel meaning I was missing my appointment times for pre-booked vacation experiences. All in all this aspect tarnished my vacation. I felt the hotel could have been a little more accommodating.

The 4th Floor Suite was exceptional. The bed and room facilities are comfortable. The outside balcony is simply fantastic. The breakfast was good. The hotel offers free rides to the major road very close to the BTS line.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor suites. And breakfast, although good is the same choices each day and it’s not buffet style.

The advantages of having a top-notch personnel, a thoughtfully designed space, close attention to detail, and the benefits of boutique hotels are all combined in Ad Lib. From the check-in procedure to the bar and restaurant service and on to the concierge service, it always seemed as though each member of the staff had the needs of the customer at the top of their priority list. To make you feel at home and to deliver service, they go above and beyond. The superb design of the furniture and infrastructure more than makes up for the rooms' comparatively smaller size compared to ordinary 4 star accommodations. The rooms are incredibly useful. In relation to the number of guests, the pool is large and sits nicely in the design. The outside dining space is unquestionably a plus to the experience, and the bar and restaurant have a cosy, contemporary décor.

The hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was nice. And the location was good—close to good street food and the Phloen Chit BTS. And the pool was enjoyable.

My room was beside a cleaning closet, so the maids were there a lot, so it wasn’t always quiet. The shower pressure was very inconsistent and the water temperature would fluctuate between cold and scalding hot. I also really liked the pool but I wish the pool lounge chairs could be moved to shade. There were some chairs in the shade but they were very uncomfortable.

My favorite hotel in BKK. It was my second time in Ad Lib, the design of the hotel is so beautiful and fits perfectly with the exotic vegetation of BKK. The staff is so welcoming, the rooms so clean and comfortable. From the breakfast buffet to the swimming pool, everything there is a delight!

Nothing could be improved; everything is perfect. The only small inconvenient is the location that is a bit far from the center but there are some close stores where you can still find food and beverages if needed.

Superb room with great style, small yet not busy pool with a lovely terrace, great restaurant and bar, particularly kind and caring staff. I don't want to mark it as something I dislike as I think it's more something to be aware with : depending on which room you book, you could have quite a few staircases to climb, not much but it can be tricky if you have heavy suitcases to carry around and an ealry flight. Also, grab taxis could cancel on you easily because of the uneasy location of the hotel - can be solved by walking back to the exit of the hospital, on the main road (3 to 5min walk)
