Good location always clean and friendly staff

No resteraunt No tuk tuk available and not able to alter brightness on tv and have to log in to wifi every day

Can't move by walk from hotel to main road, pathways are too short to walk one person at one time. Rooms are not soundproof. Housekeeping staff used to make noise and talk loudly on the floor while cleaning other rooms. They should stay silent when standing on the floor. Hotel management needs to provide a proper space to housekeeping staff for chit-chat and gossip. Instead, they are standing on the floor for Gossip, which is painful for guests while they are sleeping. Toiletries are free but not available in the rooms. You have to call for Toiletries.

Great room, tidy, well laid out, light, comfortable. Great shower and washroom. Staff are friendly, helpful and available. The hotel is nice, breakfast is nice and good value. Overall, it is great value for money. I come here a lot. Location generally is good, at the top of Sukhumvit Soi 11 which is busy and buzzing and walkable to MRT/BTS stations.

The only downside is that the bit of Sukhumvit Soi 11 the hotel sits on is very tight for what is busy traffic and the pavement is limited on one side and doesn't exist on the other. It is walkable because the traffic, while endless, is at walking pace. If it was a big issue, I wouldn't keep coming back ... it's just that your first (or last) two minutes' walk to or from the hotel is .. awkward ... ok, but awkward.

it was quite place and nice and clean for the size of the room. Convenient place not too far from supermarket hospital and restaurants however not many Asian restaurants around.

This is a convenient place however not in the centre of anything you would have to walk for everything from hotel. There were few staff who quite fluent with English however many didn’t any clue at the reception. They could use bit more lighting in the room, as they were very dull. Lights were good for sleeping but not if you want to get some work to do, not recommended for work travel but if you just want some place to sleep this is ideal.

My 6 night stay was awesome! The hospitality was delightful, breakfast was good, room cleaned daily and the location of the hotel is excellent. Near the heart of sukhumvit soi 11, right at the corner of the road towards sukhumvit soi 3. Everytime i’m in BKK, my preference is to stay at sukhumvit 11, 13 or 15. Over the years i have stayed at different hotels around that area and quality of Citrus 11 is up there. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff were good, Room AC too cold, Location nearby all the party areas but it was quiet. Seems Family friendly!

Corridor from lift to rooms is not great. AC is not there. I was feeling almost suffocated there. And It’s not their fault, property is in a narrow street of Soi11 which is connected to Soi3. 7-Eleven & Villa mart is 200 meters and 100 meters away. Few facilities are missing!!!

I thank all the reception staff for their cooperation with me and their warm-heartedness and understanding. The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in the area of ​​Al-Hadawa and Tamaniyah. It is far from disturbance. It is suitable for families and young people. This is my second reservation with them and I will book it next time.

The street to the market is narrow, so please watch out for cars

This is the second time I'm staying at Citrus Sukhumvit 11. Since I had prepaid he entire booking fee on Booking.com, the checkin took just under 1 minute. The staff is very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, yet filling. Sukhumvit has a lot of food options and Terminal 21 mall nearby has very good and economical food. The price I paid for 3 nights with breakfast was totally worth it and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great - We didn't have any issues or complaints with the room. It is at a reasonable price in this area, so limit your expectations based on this. Staff were great and it was a clean place to stay for a few nights while in Bangkok.

Restaurant is currently closed - just bear that in mind if you are trying to find somewhere with "breakfast included". It wasn't 100% clear through Booking.com. We weren't sure until we arrived. Also, the hotel is on a busy narrow road - so walking around isn't the best experience. However, it's in a great neighbourhood for food, and easy walking distance to a few vegan places and the BTS.

The staff are very helpful, very efficient and very friendly. I liked the hotel but the delux room is not as advertised on Booking.com.

I stayed in a delux room. Although quite comfortable and roomy it is not as advertised on Booking.com. The room was hard flooring and not carpeted, as advertised, no slippers, no arm chair, no bidet, no additional toilet ,only 2 pillows on the bed not as shown in the picture where there are 4 pillows, no mini bar (there was a fridge but nothing inside). I have stayed at this hotel before and stayed in their standard room. The delux room to me is exactly the same as the standard room.
