Am a long time visitor to Bourbon Street Hotel, and they won me over years back as well as everyone that has traveled with me. If there was an 11 on room cleanliness - it would be here! You get a nice sized room and a super comfortable bed and a great shower, and AC that works as soon as you put your key in the slot. And its at a great price. But which is the real reason so many of us chose to stay here is hard to tell. Is it that they have a great hotel staff and you are treated so well - or is it the food. Both. You will not find a better selection of Cajun food this side of the Louisiana border, and it is two steps past just amazing. Their Thai food is just as good too. Those New Orleans style meatballs w spaghetti do smell so good that you might find you order them - and they are spectacular. Location is 5 min walk from the Ekkami stop on the BTS, and there is a lot of things in walking distance as well on the street they are on. Great centralized location for using the BTS to explore Bangkok.

Units facing the street are noisy. The hotel could do with some modernizing.

Po’ boys were better than my brother’s, and we’re from no’ Virginia. Lively Dixie Land bouncing in air on Thanksgiving was a near-blessed event. King size bed made me feel like the “kingfisher”. All amenities in solid, tip-top shape. Guilted Fleur-de-lis we’re classic touches.

That I wasn’t in mood for Thanksgiving buffet? I missed my family.

The staff were great and very helpful, including finding me a car park spot outside on my arrival when most of the spaces were full already. The restaurant and bar were excellent as were the bar staff. Very friendly and efficient. The room is old and basic but with a good bathroom and shower. Great location and only 200m to the BTS. Easy to find on Google maps when driving in from north Thailand. I will definitely stay there again. Good value for money.

Nothing to dislike as it was what it was as advertised and at a very good price for the area.

As I’ve reviewed before, the location to restaurants, cafes, and the BTS transportation system are ideal. Room was spacious and up to date. King-size bed was luxurious, especially with comforter. Elevator was close and reliable. I felt secure with extra locked door to adjacent hallway.

The pillows were just a bit too big and hard, though not enough to give me a crick in the neck.

Very big room with a lot of space. Everything was very tidy. Not noisy at night. Staff was really friendly!

Although the Hotel was close to a train station, when you want to go to city center you need to change trains in between. Also it is not easy to go to the airport by train. Taxi is better.

Staff were super friendly. I accidentally double booked with another trip and had already paid, they gave me a credit for the night to use the following week even though it was totally my fault.

We only stayed one night, as we had to take a bus early in the morning from Ekkamai station, for which this hotel has a really convenient location. The staff were easy going and the room was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed.

Was a little pricy, two little sachets of coffee, no creamer , no sugar, no tea, paper cups, no soap, shampoo/ conditioner, 10% surcharge at the restaurant.

Very nice rooms and plenty of hot water, located close to BTS and not too noisy place

Restaurant meals were OK, but they added a service fee and VAT to the receipt approximately 15%
