Brand new apart hotel, located not so far from BTS and Sukhumvit road. Area around hotel is very quiet, without any traffic and other noises. Swimming pool is great, also they have laundry and yoga class. They have shuttle bus that can bring you to nearest restaurants or convenience shops such as 7-11. Owners are very kind and welcome.

Our stay was amazing. After getting tired from walking all day, it is such a comfort to return to this cozy hotel. 5 star for the male receptionist also, i think his name is Leo, he was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are nice and the hotel staff was excellent! Definitely the best accommodation for us during a two-week trip in Thailand.

The room was the same as the one in the photo. We arrived early that day but were informed only can check in at 2pm due to fullhouse before a day. The receptionist suggested that we could start to go out and store our luggage at hotel 1st , once room is ready will help send to our room, so we go out and back to hotel at around 4pm . The room card was ready. As soon as we entered the room, we saw our luggage neatly put away. The hotel is very considerate and provides a 24-hour buggy transport service, which is really convenient for us to the BTS station. We stayed for 4 nights. The room environment was very comfortable, quiet and quite clean. The air conditioner is not too noisy and is cold enough. The lighting in the room and bathroom is nice and bright. The swimming pool on the 8th floor look very comfortable zone, but I didn’t have much time to enjoy it at this time. I will book this hotel again when next time travel to Bangkok.

The drainage system in the bathroom is poor and it floods every time I take a shower. According to the picture, an iron and rack are provided, but they do not appear in the room. There are some yellow stains on the sheets that I feel can't be removed seems use for long time period . I hope they can be improved next time.

Good value in quiet, relaxed soi but close to sky train. A very good option

The hotel is brand-new. The design is modern yet cosy. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom is the best we had in Thailand. The Japanese toilet was very unexpected! We also loved the rooftop pool. It was also great to have access to washers and dryers at no extra cost. The location was convenient for us and the shuttle to the BTS station was mush appreciated.

Very minor things - towel hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom plus hooks on the balcony to dry swimwear would be helpful. Also would be great if there were a few more loungers at the pool area. There were only 2 so you had to be lucky to get one. Better soundproofing on the doors would make this place 10/10. Sadly, you can hear when people walk or talk in the corridors. It was only an issue in the early morning for us. Otherwise it was very quiet.

I would rather say that the property can be considered close to 10 ratings. Definitely, it's so clean and the staff are so cooperative and excellent services. Ms. Kung and all the colleagues are so helpful, special thanks to Tum. He is really an asset to the hotel. You can feel he loves his job

Nothing. Pay attention only to the swimming pool. A glass barrier looks like there's a big gap near the stairs that kids can able to reach out. Also, consider the bidet sprayer to install in the toilet for other nationalities.

My stay at the SACHA Apart-Hotel Thonglor was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighbourhood! My room was spacious with a relaxing bathroom (I would recommend towel hooks) The staff are very helpful and friendly (I would also recommend having a copy of the reception number in the rooms), in addition having the golf buggy for guests to use for short distances is very convenient.

the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The location was ideal for Sukhumvit, BTS and Thong Lor. I also liked that the hotel was on a relatively quiet street.

I would have like a bit more information about the things in the room, especially the smart TV and the tech things. View from my room and no chairs on the balcony (though to be fair it was probably too hot to sit there anyway)

The apartment was very modern and stylishly furnished. Upon request, it was cleaned daily and equipped with everything necessary. The rooftop pool was beautiful and laundry could be done. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

It is located a little outside the city center, so it is not suitable for a short stay in Bangkok.
