I expected it will be good and it was. This trip i stayed 5 times 5 star hotels in bkk for try and Eastin won. Reasons: Perfect kind staff everywhere...in all corners of this hotel they were amazing, smiling Swiming pool, room(best setting and look from all 5 stars i was)

All was fine, just maybe I would expect more from 5 star hotel breakfast(mango, shrimps dimsums or some squid - just something what will differs Eastin from other 5star boring breakfasts). I was 2004 in one 3star hotel Gr. Diam. and they had all of above mentioned including fresh coconuts.

everything top. loved the hotel. ROOM - speechless. the views of 24 floor, view includes famous Mahanakhon. facilities are from quality materials, comfortable bed and huge shower. STAFF - very kind people everywhere. they always try to help. for example we asked for late checkout which was not possible (booked hotel), but they offer 1 hour extra and of course all the services. we needed to send a post (within the BKK) so they calles some service like a bolt and managed it for us. of course everything else as well. thanks them for kindness. LOCATION - good, close to many places but of course bkk is huge so sometimes it is necessary to manage the taxi/tuk tuk/ sky train which has station stop directly front hotel and you can go from hotel floor 3. generally the locations seems modern, newer, clean. next to hotel is also Blue elephant restaurant with cooking classes. POOL - very nice place with modern restaurant (if you don’t want, you are not pushed to order anything), and sunbets, view again beutiful. pool is on 14 floor. FOOD - breakfast huge and all possibilities. also food related to chinese, Japanese kitchen. everything was so tasty. and the time range is 6-10:30. so for everyone. Executive lounge (included in room 17:30-19:30)- highly recommended. totally changed our stay to a dream. 37 floor, sunset views 365 degrees almost. and everything so tasty, they changed it a bit each day. including also salmon, sushi, meat, desserts, wine, beer, coctails. it is just not possible walk in BKK whole day. there is so so hot. so we always came about 15:00 to room, went to pool and then refresh at the lounge. afterwards ready for the evenings BKK… overall, we only recommend this hotel, for sure will make tour stay at BKK very pleasant and confortable, and we will stay definitely again once visiting the town which has so much to offer. PRICE - for all the servise provided very reasonable.

Perfectly located with access to the BTS SkyTrain. We could get to every corner of Bangkok very easily. Everything is clean and modern, nice interior. The rooms look exactly like shown in the pics and got big windows with amazing views and the bed is hugeeeee. The staff is very polite and helpful, they would probably fullfill every wish you got 🥰 They got a beautiful pool area, the infinity pool has a stunning view and there is a Italian restaurant on that floor with delicious food and cocktails. (Happy hour 5-7 pm). There’s also a gym and 2 other restaurants. The room service was so nice, he saw that we bought a big drinking water canister and gave us 4 bottles instead of 2 from then on. Also the breakfast and Check-in/Check-out times are very generous, we arrived at 9 am and could’ve checked in at 11 already (but we decided to pay a bit extra to check in right away as we were very tired). check out is until 12 which is really comfortable as well, and after that they can store your luggage for you if your flight is only later in the day. breakfast lasts until 11. Overall we loved our stay at Eastin and were really sad to leave. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Bangkok and looking for a central, luxurious yet affordable place to stay!

The shower didn’t have the best water pressure and the water would take a bit long to get hot and the temperature wasn’t very consistent The pool temperature is 25 degrees, it was perfect for me for a nice cooling-off but my boyfriend found it a bit too cold 😁 the breakfast was okay but not overwhelmingly good, the bread could’ve been fresher but those things are only very minor and we would have loved to stay longer!!!

The hotel has a great location, with connection to the BTS. This is quite handy, since traffic jam in Bangkok is crazy. The room was very spacious, with an amazing view, great bed and a nice bathtub. The breakfast was excellent (both in the lounge as in the restaurant), with many options for all tastes. I particularly enjoyed to have a drink and some snacks in the Lounge at the end of afternoon before going out to dinner. The pool area - with an amazing infinite pool - is also a great place to have some drinks and escape from the hot weather. Staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and I definitely recommend it.

Transfer from airport to hotel was very expensive compared to other alternatives. We ended up booking the transfer with another supplier.

The direct connection to the subway is very convenient, you can get pretty easy to a lot of places in Bangkok. The room was big, clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from the sky room was also nice. Breakfast had a good variety (both western and asian). Saturday the restaurant had a buffet dinner that was delicious and good value for money. The pool offered a nice place to relax. The staff was always polite and helpful. You can also arrange day trips and transfers at the hotel reception.

The rooms and average size, nothing too much but the breakfast it's absolutely incredible. You'll have everything you want and even more. From sushi to all types of cheese, 6 chefs that are preparing your orders around the clock, to even local fresh raw drinks to boost your health. The pool is one of the most beautiful pool in Bangkok with an incredible view and amazing setup.

The staff make this hotel special. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is linked to a BTS station so very convenient and one stop away from Sathorn Pier where you can take the river ferry. The club room was very impressive with beautiful views of Bangkok. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was so big and the whole room had nice views of Bangkok from all angles.

nothing apart from the road traffic on main road but that’s out of the hotel’s control

The hotel is excellent value for money. The location is ultra convenient for the BTS sky train that gives access to most of the major tourist points avoiding the traffic. The rooms and breakfast are great and the service is very friendly.

I liked everything. There is nothing to complain about. The staff was excellent and cooperative

Great location: easy to arrive with public transportation from BKK airport. so you can avoid taxi scam. 2. central zone: great food restaurants, massage stores are nearby with walking distance. 3. quiet: hardly hear noise from outside. 4. clean hotel room 5. roof pool: super fancy roof pool to enjoy the swimming with wonderful landscape.

6. Breakfast not so worth the money: breakfast is 16eur (or 560THB) per person. it’s very basic for me.

Nice hotel, all though a bit businesslike. The rooms where comfy and spacious with a nice view at Bangkok. Breakfast buffet was great

The pool is with 25 degrees too cold in this climate. Most people went in for not longer then 10 minutes otherwise you got cold. This was a bummer since it had a nice view of the city and. Also they didn't have any floating devices which would have been nice to float on and enjoying the view. The lobby is freezing when you come in so be prepared. The location is right at the Skytrain but it is on a very very busy street.
