The location is great - close to both MRT and BTS (underground subway and sky train) and to a 7-eleven. The staff is super-friendly, the hotel has some space to itself before the entrance - very comfortable to sit there while not being on a busy street. Although the hotel is not brand-new, everything works very nice, there is even an old-looking but high-tech control console. The air conditioning system is splendid.

The free package didn't include tea, only coffee and water. The breakfast is only partially a buffet, main course still has to be ordered - and it is not always a large portion.

The Bed was so comfortable, very quiet location.. easy to get to everything.. lots of wonderful street food places … very quaint old hotel … would Mohave Ben amazing in the day.. Staff where wonderful and very helpful in fixing little problems..

when I first rolled up. I wanted to find something else.. mainly because it was older than I thought it was… it had some issues with the Air Conditioner in our suite and the internet wasn’t working… but they did sought that out… but ended up staying and enjoyed the old style of the hotel.. if they spent some money on fixing it up it would be a n amazing place… Breakfast left something to be desired but okay … booking a car to the airport was a bit expensive through the hotel better off finding a cab outside…

The most glaring thing for me was the mediocre pay for breakfast which hasn't changed since I began coming to this hotel several years ago. Very limited menu with two or three basic Asian and Western choices, bitter coffee, and very limited self serve bread and fruit table, makes a poor association with an otherwise good hotel experience. Being able to have a good breakfast onsite is a convenience many people prefer rather than street food or traveling to a restaurant.

Hotel Staff were friendly and professional except on the last day during check-out, housekeeping should have checked the fridge as they claimed that I have consumed 2 mineral water from the fridge and charged me 100 THB. Told them the 2 mineral water bottle in the toilet were the complimentary ones which they provided on a daily basis during my 7 nights stay here. Other than that, the experience stay here was satisfactory. Thank you Mr. Chanapong / Mr Charawut and Mr Siriphong for your hospitality in making my stay a memorable one here in Bangkok. Will definitely revisit TTWH for my future trips.

Nothing in particular. So far great experience during my 7 night stay in Tarntawan Hotel. Close to Prime Massage which I like the most.

Location. staff, were excellent. The staff cleaned the room on my schedule, not theirs. The cooks prepared a dinner that was not on the menu. The staff was willing to need all my requests.

The business center was closed, thus I had no method for printing out e-mails which I wanted a hard copy. Secondly, the Bangkok Post was discontinued and I missed my morning read.

The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just perfect surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and shopping mall. The room rate is very affordable provided that the hotel is in the city centre.

The cleanliness of the hotel is a bit problematic as I found cockroaches in my bathroom. Some facility needs to be upgraded as it is quite old such as shower. The hotel itself needs modernisation.

A bit dated as expected however excellent location, good sized rooms and clean. Bed comfortable and good pillows. 5-10 min walk along Patpong Rd (v quiet now) to Sala Daeng BTS or Silom MRT. Included breakfast choice of Asian or Western is perfectly adequate and I was offered extra coffee.

Just the one lift. It’s quiet in Bangkok now (low season) so no problem accessing the lift but likely there could be longer waiting times at busy times.

Place has been refurbished since I last stayed here. Much impoved decor and the carpets have been replaced by wooden floors - overall a big improvement. Breakfast is a little more basic than I remember, but satisfactory nonetheless.

What is there not to like at this price and for this location?

The Staff were excellent and helpful when needed assistance. The housekeeping was good and kept the room clean and ensured that I had sufficient towels, toiletries, and other essentials. I liked the breakfast. The waitresses were very courteous and obliging.

Love the location which is near to Prime massage which I frequent regularly. Also, the room is tidy and clean on a daily basis when we request for room make up.

The traffic along Suriwong Road especially in the evenings.
