Stayed here mainly due to the location, less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest skytrain station, a easy way to avoid the traffic and get around the city. The staff were all wonderful throughout. Sorted out early check in after a long journey. The hotel is traditional in style with wood panels and dark colours. My room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good with a varity of food, Thai, Bacon, sausage, Eggs, pancakes, cereal etc. Good coffee too. Had a great time, likely to stay again next time i am in BKK.

Room was large good shower and had bath with kitchenette and sitting area so plenty of space to relax. Only a 5 minute walk to skytrain so conveniently positioned to access Icon siam and/or MBK (both in different directions) as it was only one night we were predominantly shopping before heading home. Close to night market also. It had a really nice roof top garden with pool as we like it to feel a bit more like Thai traditional rather than a brand new hotel room like you could stay in back in your own country it suit us. Able to mind our luggage until we headed off to airport. Staff lovely.

Old traditional Thai building. Great location, large room with kitchen and separate lounge. Staff were excellent. Would like to make mention of the security guard/concierge he was excellent very helpful with our bags and getting taxis.

Double glazing wasn't perfect we were facing Surawong Road and could still hear traffic noise at times. Windows needing tinting so when you opened the curtains the people from the buildings opposite can't see in.

Excellent location. BTS Sky train and MRT were all within walking distance, so more options for transport, apart from taxi and tuk-tuk Check in was fast. They even gave me 2 key cards, so I can leave one in the room to keep the air con on as the weather is hot. Room was very comfortable. The restaurant at the lobby has some nice food within affordable range if you are not into street food. Staff are all wonderful and pleasant.

how can i describe this hotel, first of all i would not call it a hotel, and a refuge from life, routine, it is warm, welcoming and relaxing. In Bangkok, as in the rest of the world, hotels are all the same, from 2 to 5 stars, anonymous, more or less comfortable or more or less clean. This place is something else, it has its own soul, it goes further, in a big chaotic city like Bangkok it's the perfect place if you want to relax after a hot day of shopping, it's like feeling at home, its Thai/Hindu old fashion style makes this place magical, attention to detail, from the typical Thai dark wood furniture, to the objects you find in the room, the lights are not too strong. This hotel has a story to tell, the story of what Thailand is all about, from the paintings on the walls in the corridors, the statues outside the elevators, the roof terrace with pools surrounded by greenery representing Thai forests, and there's even a small altar that reflects what Thai culture is. the building is an old building, the floors in the corridors I think are originals from the past, very well maintained like the walls, the real Heritages. In Bangkok you can find anything, but if you are looking for a modern luxury hotel, this is not it, this is beyond luxury. I had been here my first time in Thailand in 2015, I have come to Bangkok other times and stayed in other more or less good hotels, I remember my first time, I had loved it right away, but I didn't remember where it was. Two weeks ago I was staying in another hotel, and I wanted to go to the night markets along Sukhumvit, because I remembered that it was nearby, and here I found it walking, I entered the porch and I said "it's him". I spent the last week in Pattaya, but I had to go back to Bangkok to go to the airport, I hadn't booked my last night in Bangkok yet, so under the porch of Siam Heritage I made my reservation for my last night.

Just to many massage shops next door which hides a bit this place, but it's Bangkok, modern and Heritages mixed together

I liked the location as it was within walking distance to Silom Rd and the BTS station Sala Daeng. The staff was friendly, breakfast good and room comfortable.

The room was rather dark and curtains couldn't be opened to allow light in because right out the window was someone's apartment.

Location, Value for money.

The receptionist on arrival was rude and pushy... even though we arrived before our check in due time, he wanted to cancel the reservation via booking. com and wanted us to book direct. Room facilities were a bit run down and dated, but it was ok for a one night stay and for the price paid.

The location couldnt be more perfect. Just in the center of all the markets and bars around the area, very convinient.

It's an old boutique hotel and some things in the room were not working perfectly.

Though not the cheapest option in town, Siam Heritage is a fine old hotel. The in house restaurant was reasonable for the area and it was close to the Patpong morning market for a cheap tasty breakfast. Sala Daeng BTS is not far and Patpong provides an interesting, if AO rated night time excursion. Management was a charm, spoke good English and was helpful. Allowed me to store luggage there without a problem.Bed was comfy and quiet.

Only real issue was the tuktuk and taxi touts and the massage girls every time you exit the place but that is part and parcel with staying in that part of town. Window faced out to another wall only a few metres away and the aircon was a dusty mess.

Staff very friendly room was always clean owner or boss was very helpful and worked on a good price for long term stayed here 3 times and 6 weeks. Near Patpong Night Market coffee shops and food.

Many rats on the street and bugs, many $$$ boys and people asking for sex, not comfortable around these environment.
