Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Approachable to provide recommendation. Tuk tuk drop off at locations, spare our legs from walking even more. Great service, recommended.

Good accommodation

The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff is well trained and well mannered. The staff at the front desk are nice, friendly, and ready to help whenever I asked for help. I got a nice city view. The location is convenient and close to food shops and main shopping malls. The staff at breakfast are very attentive. I love the music inside the lift. Love the laundry service too. Overall, very good management.

The road to the hotel is one-way (if you come from Soi 13) and sometimes taxi drivers don't want to drop you off at the hotel. It is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at first (no big sign board). The breakfast menu can be improved.

Room, Location

Room was spacious n new and managed to get connecting room. Shuttle bus drops us daily outside the main road. Safe place to walk back at night in group.

Lighting is poor especially at basin area outside toilet n also serves as dressing makeup area. But our toilet fan has problem n changed to better room. Should have an additional service to pick us back to hotel after a long shopping. Hair dryer was bad, not powerful and cuts off after awhile.

100% satisfaction ! The hotel is clean & neat. Location is good - hotel is located at tourism spot, convenient store/massage shop just need to walk about 3 mins. Hotel provided laundry room (with additional cost) and additional comment was the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Especially the evening shift staff ♥️ Perfect 👍🏻 Bedroom not so big but the bed is very big 🤣 washroom is very clean 🧽 everything just nice 👌🏻

If we gotta have some feedback here - only thing is the washroom whenever after use it will have some strange smell ~ and after 1hr I think will go off Not really sure what’s the problem here .

The shuttle service was very helpful, and the driver (Mr. Mai) is very informative. The room is clean and spacious, with clean bathroom as well. The hotel is very near to the bridge which connects the big malls, and near the pratunam market. It's a very recommended place to stay.

The tv doesnt have many options to watch.

Our stay is worth the money! Staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is so clean and guests are well taken care of. On top of that, it is very accessible to shopping places. Minutes away, you will reach platinum fashion mall. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

breakfast was ok. rooms wer big and clean. but the location is a little bit far from popular locations. though they offer free ride going to some areas. but going back the hotel is a little tiring, considering a lot of walking already in the streets of pratunam.

Good location near pratunam market, platinum mall and few steps away from BTS Room was looking new and modern, well equipped with nice view Staff was nice, and they have tuktuk to drive you around

Some wall plugs near the bed were a bit tricky to use with European plugs (loose and easily disconnected) The shower is in the bathtub, but still good though
